【摘要】：中國(guó)的收入分配制度和分配原則具有階段性的變化特征,參與收入分配的主體和要素不斷豐富。由于各個(gè)時(shí)期對(duì)效率與公平的側(cè)重有所不同,在中國(guó)的勞動(dòng)和資本要素具有特殊性的作用下,居民收入差距呈現(xiàn)出持續(xù)擴(kuò)大的趨勢(shì),使中國(guó)處于收入分配差距較大的國(guó)家行列。應(yīng)采取提高普通勞動(dòng)者的最低工資水平、增加勞動(dòng)者的人力資本投資、加大二次分配的力度等政策措施,逐步縮小居民收入分配差距。
[Abstract]:China's income distribution system and distribution principles have the characteristics of phased changes, and the main bodies and elements involved in income distribution are constantly enriched. Due to the different emphasis on efficiency and fairness in different periods, under the special effect of labor and capital elements in China, the income gap of residents shows a trend of widening, which makes China in the ranks of countries with large income distribution gap. We should take some policy measures, such as raising the minimum wage level of ordinary workers, increasing the investment of human capital and increasing the intensity of secondary distribution, so as to gradually narrow the gap in the distribution of residents' income.
