【摘要】：河北主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)具有明顯的資源型烙印,并在"資源—技術(shù)—產(chǎn)品—企業(yè)—產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈—產(chǎn)業(yè)群—區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)"等多個(gè)方面對(duì)河北經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了一系列重要影響。推進(jìn)河北主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,必須按照轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式和新型工業(yè)化道路要求,充分發(fā)揮財(cái)政政策的職能作用,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、壯大支柱企業(yè)、延伸產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條、拓展產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,同時(shí)減少資源能耗、推動(dòng)自主創(chuàng)新,做好與京津產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)接。
[Abstract]:Hebei leading industries have obvious resource-based imprints, and have had a series of important effects on Hebei's economic and social development in many aspects, such as "resources-technology-products-enterprises-industrial chain-industrial clusters-regional economy". To promote the development of Hebei's leading industries, we must give full play to the functional role of fiscal policy, optimize the product structure, strengthen pillar enterprises, extend the industrial chain, and expand industrial clusters in accordance with the requirements of changing the mode of economic development and the new road of industrialization. At the same time, reduce the energy consumption of resources, promote independent innovation, and do a good job of docking with the Beijing-Tianjin industry.
