【摘要】：從經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平上來說,越南屬于發(fā)展中國家。越南自1986年開始推行革新；1996年越共八大提出推行國家的工業(yè)化、現(xiàn)代化；2001年正式確立發(fā)展社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制,確定三大經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn),即以工業(yè)化和現(xiàn)代化為中心,發(fā)展多種經(jīng)濟(jì)成份、發(fā)揮國有經(jīng)濟(jì)主導(dǎo)地位,建立市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的配套管理體制。在推行革新的二十多年以來,越南社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展取得了巨大的成就。但是在越南社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速的同時(shí),社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)中的許多問題也越來越突顯,本文著力研究其深層次根源,力圖實(shí)現(xiàn)越南社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。 首先,論文結(jié)合社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論和人類發(fā)展指數(shù)(HDI),分析越南社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的具體情況,分析顯示,改革以來越南在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方面取得巨大成就。進(jìn)一步分析表明,越南在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中仍存在一些突出問題,諸如經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的效率較低,勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率低下,社會(huì)不不公平等。在揭示其成因的基礎(chǔ)上,論文提出可行的政策建議,包括提高經(jīng)濟(jì)增長效率和質(zhì)量,基于醫(yī)療、教育體系的完善、實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)公平等,以促進(jìn)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In terms of economic development, Vietnam is a developing country. Vietnam has been carrying out innovation since 1986. In 1996, the eighth National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam proposed to promote the industrialization and modernization of the country. In 2001, the socialist market economic system was formally established and three major economic strategic priorities were determined, that is, to take industrialization and modernization as the center, to develop various economic components, to give full play to the leading position of the state-owned economy, and to establish the supporting management system of the market economy. In the past 20 years or so, Vietnam has made great achievements in social and economic development. However, with the rapid development of social economy in Vietnam, many problems in social economy are becoming more and more prominent. This paper focuses on the deep roots of Vietnam, and tries to realize the coordinated development of Vietnam's social economy. First of all, based on the relevant theories of social and economic development and the human development index (HDI), this paper analyzes the specific situation of Vietnam's social and economic development, and shows that Vietnam has made great achievements in social and economic development since the reform. Further analysis shows that there are still some outstanding problems in Vietnam's social and economic development, such as low efficiency of economic development, low labor productivity, social injustice and so on. On the basis of revealing its causes, the paper puts forward feasible policy suggestions, including improving the efficiency and quality of economic growth, based on medical treatment, the improvement of education system, the realization of social equity and so on, in order to promote the coordinated development of social economy.
