【摘要】：循環(huán)經(jīng)濟以生態(tài)經(jīng)濟理論為基礎(chǔ)，，是人類實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的一種全新的經(jīng)濟運行模式。林海循環(huán)經(jīng)濟示范區(qū)的建設(shè)，是加快新農(nóng)村建設(shè)、改善生態(tài)環(huán)境、發(fā)展設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟、促進農(nóng)民增收的重要手段。本文以林海循環(huán)經(jīng)濟示范區(qū)發(fā)展為題進行研究，選題具有重要的理論意義與使用價值。 論文在對林海循環(huán)經(jīng)濟示范區(qū)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀深入調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上，進行了林海循環(huán)經(jīng)濟示范區(qū)發(fā)展的SWOT分析，提出了發(fā)展的策略。論文確定了林海循環(huán)經(jīng)濟示范區(qū)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的總體目標(biāo)和具體目標(biāo)，提出了發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)思想、基本原則和功能定位；探討了林海循環(huán)經(jīng)濟示范區(qū)發(fā)展的空間布局、建設(shè)重點，并對林海循環(huán)經(jīng)濟示范區(qū)旅游規(guī)劃的總體布局和分區(qū)進行了說明。論文分析了產(chǎn)業(yè)融合對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要作用，并以旅游為切入點，研究了旅游業(yè)與第一產(chǎn)業(yè)、第二產(chǎn)業(yè)及其他第三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合的原則、模式和路徑，提出了林海循環(huán)經(jīng)濟示范區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合的方案。論文在從政策保障、組織保障、管理保障、資金增長、人才保障和項目保障等方面提出了林海循環(huán)經(jīng)濟示范區(qū)發(fā)展的保障措施。 論文對林海循環(huán)經(jīng)濟示范區(qū)的發(fā)展有重要參考價值，對我國其它地區(qū)的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展也有較大參考價值。
[Abstract]:Circular economy, based on the theory of ecological economy, is a new economic operation mode for human beings to realize sustainable development. The construction of Linhai circular economy demonstration area is an important means to speed up the construction of new countryside, improve the ecological environment, develop facility agriculture and circular economy, and promote the increase of farmers' income. In this paper, the development of Linhai circular economy demonstration area is studied, and the selected topic has important theoretical significance and use value. Based on the in-depth investigation of the development status of Linhai circular economy demonstration area, this paper analyzes the development of Linhai circular economy demonstration area by SWOT, and puts forward the development strategy. This paper determines the overall goal and concrete goal of the development strategy of Linhai Circular economy demonstration area, and puts forward the guiding ideology, basic principles and functional orientation of the development. This paper probes into the spatial layout and construction emphasis of the development of Linhai Circular economy demonstration area, and explains the overall layout and zoning of tourism planning in Linhai Circular economy demonstration area. This paper analyzes the important role of industrial integration in regional economic development, and takes tourism as the starting point to study the principles, models and paths of the integration of tourism and primary industry, secondary industry and other tertiary industries. The scheme of tourism industry integration in Linhai Circular economy demonstration area is put forward. This paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the development of Linhai Circular economy demonstration Zone from the aspects of policy guarantee, organization guarantee, management guarantee, capital growth, talent guarantee and project guarantee. The paper has important reference value for the development of Linhai circular economy demonstration area, and also has great reference value for the regional economic development of other regions of our country.
