【摘要】：近幾年，吉林省在推進(jìn)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的過(guò)程中，加速轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式，工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化和農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)統(tǒng)籌實(shí)施，使得全省的縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)得到了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展。但是我們也應(yīng)當(dāng)看到，與沿海發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)相比，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平還有一定的差距，如何解決這一問(wèn)題，是本文研究的重點(diǎn)。 本文主要由四部分組成：首先，對(duì)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的基本概念和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了介紹，規(guī)定了縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的研究范疇，對(duì)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的作用做出了簡(jiǎn)單的概括。并對(duì)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的幾種發(fā)展模式做了簡(jiǎn)單的闡述，并解釋了如何選擇適合該區(qū)域的縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式。另外對(duì)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的一些主要理論進(jìn)行了闡述和說(shuō)明，主要圍繞著區(qū)位理論、二元結(jié)構(gòu)理論、區(qū)位比較優(yōu)勢(shì)理論、區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化理論、增長(zhǎng)極理論以及梯度理論展開。 其次，對(duì)吉林省縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)分析。深入探討了吉林省縣域地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在問(wèn)題。從工業(yè)化進(jìn)程和城鎮(zhèn)化水平等方面對(duì)吉林省縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的狀況做出詳細(xì)分析，并列舉了一些主要的經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行對(duì)比和說(shuō)明。 再次，是針對(duì)吉林省縣域地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展目前存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了探析，包括發(fā)展的總體水平差異較大，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理，，城鎮(zhèn)化水平低和發(fā)展不平衡等問(wèn)題。并對(duì)幾個(gè)主要的影響因素比如工業(yè)化發(fā)展速度，農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化、民營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進(jìn)行了分析。 最后，提出了促進(jìn)吉林省縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的總體思路和對(duì)策選擇。綜合以上研究，本文針對(duì)吉林省縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展存在的問(wèn)題提出促進(jìn)吉林省進(jìn)一步發(fā)展縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的總體思路和對(duì)策建議：發(fā)展縣域現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)，立足資源優(yōu)勢(shì)，優(yōu)化縣域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和布局；加快城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)步伐，突出發(fā)展民營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)以及利用產(chǎn)業(yè)集群效應(yīng)帶動(dòng)吉林省縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in the process of promoting the development of county economy, Jilin Province has accelerated the transformation of economic development mode, industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization, so that the county economy of Jilin Province has made great progress. However, we should also see that compared with the coastal developed areas, there is still a certain gap in the level of economic development, how to solve this problem, is the focus of this paper. This paper is mainly composed of four parts: first of all, it introduces the basic concepts and characteristics of county economy, defines the research category of county economy, and makes a simple summary of the role of county economy. Several development models of county economy are briefly expounded, and how to choose the development mode of county economy suitable for this region is explained. In addition, some main theories of county economy are expounded and explained, mainly around location theory, dual structure theory, location comparative advantage theory, regional industrial structure optimization theory, growth pole theory and gradient theory. Secondly, the development status of county economy in Jilin Province is analyzed with data. This paper probes into the present situation and existing problems of economic development in county areas of Jilin Province. This paper makes a detailed analysis on the development of county economy in Jilin Province from the aspects of industrialization process and urbanization level, and enumerates some main economic indexes for comparison and explanation. Thirdly, the problems existing in the economic development of county areas in Jilin Province are analyzed, including the differences in the overall level of development, the unreasonable industrial structure, the low level of urbanization and the imbalance of development, and so on. Several main influencing factors, such as the speed of industrialization, agricultural modernization, the development of private economy and industrial clusters, are analyzed. Finally, the overall ideas and countermeasures to promote the development of county economy in Jilin Province are put forward. Based on the above research, this paper puts forward the overall ideas and countermeasures to promote the further development of county economy in Jilin Province in view of the problems existing in the development of county economy in Jilin Province: the development of modern agriculture in counties, based on the advantages of resources, Optimizing county industrial structure and layout; Speed up the pace of urbanization, highlight the development of private economy and the use of industrial cluster effect to promote the development of county economy in Jilin Province.
