【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化調(diào)整是促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的重要因素。研究京津冀產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)于河北省“十二五”時(shí)期產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和優(yōu)化、推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文在參考國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上，首先根據(jù)2010年京津冀42部門投入產(chǎn)出表和2011年京津冀國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展統(tǒng)計(jì)公報(bào)，對(duì)京津冀三次產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和數(shù)據(jù)比較分析。其次，針對(duì)京津冀產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的不同特點(diǎn)，，通過對(duì)京津冀增加值、投入產(chǎn)出情況以及產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的消耗系數(shù)、關(guān)聯(lián)系數(shù)對(duì)比，分析了京津冀三次產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的異同，得出河北省當(dāng)前的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)仍是第二產(chǎn)業(yè)，且第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速，但主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)度相對(duì)較低、推動(dòng)作用較小，高新技術(shù)業(yè)和服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展相對(duì)落后的結(jié)論。通過綜合分析，得出“十二五”期間河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化調(diào)整的建議：應(yīng)加大資本投入、特別是加大農(nóng)業(yè)投資，穩(wěn)固其基礎(chǔ)地位；科學(xué)發(fā)展第二產(chǎn)業(yè)，提升第二產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)水平；大力發(fā)展第三產(chǎn)業(yè)，進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化整體產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:The optimization and adjustment of industrial structure is an important factor to promote economic growth. The research on the industrial development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei province is of great theoretical and practical significance for the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure in Hebei Province during the 12th five-year Plan period and the promotion of sustainable economic development. According to the input-output table of 42 departments of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei in 2010 and the statistical bulletin of national economic and social development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei in 2011, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the development status and data of the three industries in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei on the basis of reference to relevant domestic and foreign documents. Secondly, according to the different characteristics of the industrial structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, this paper analyzes the similarities and differences in the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry by comparing the value added, input-output, consumption coefficient and correlation coefficient of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry, and analyzes the similarities and differences in the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry. It is concluded that the pillar industry in Hebei Province is still the second industry, and the tertiary industry is developing rapidly, but the industrial correlation of the leading industry is relatively low, and the promotion effect is relatively small, and the development of high-tech industry and service industry is relatively backward. Through the comprehensive analysis, the suggestions of industrial structure optimization and adjustment in Hebei Province during the 12th five-year Plan period are drawn: capital investment should be increased, especially agricultural investment, so as to stabilize its base position; Scientific development of the secondary industry, upgrading the technical level of the secondary industry, vigorously developing the tertiary industry, further optimizing the overall industrial structure.
