【摘要】：燕北西遼河地區(qū)史前及歷史時(shí)期的經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)具有多樣性和易變性的特點(diǎn),經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)的多樣性在很大程度上決定于自然環(huán)境和資源稟賦的多樣性,而經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)的不穩(wěn)定性的重要誘因則是氣候等環(huán)境因素的變遷和波動(dòng)。在燕北西遼河流域這個(gè)干旱半干旱的生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱地區(qū),選擇與資源稟賦相適應(yīng)的多樣化經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)可減輕對某類資源的壓力,緩解人口與資源的矛盾。如果無視自然環(huán)境的特點(diǎn),大面積高強(qiáng)度發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)則會(huì)加重土地的載荷,導(dǎo)致環(huán)境退化乃至生態(tài)危機(jī)。燕北西遼河地區(qū)日益加劇的沙化趨勢及其它生態(tài)環(huán)境問題,均與過密的農(nóng)業(yè)耕作有關(guān)聯(lián)。夏家店下層文化時(shí)期、遼代、清代以來本區(qū)發(fā)生的過度農(nóng)業(yè)墾殖導(dǎo)致生態(tài)環(huán)境的惡化就是典型例證。歷史教訓(xùn)是:應(yīng)針對不同地區(qū)土地特性和資源稟賦,采用與環(huán)境相適應(yīng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài),必須根據(jù)自然環(huán)境特點(diǎn)選擇生業(yè),同時(shí),經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)不能超過自然的載荷。對于燕北西遼河流域這樣的生態(tài)脆弱地區(qū),經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)方式的選擇尤須慎重。
[Abstract]:The prehistoric and historical economic forms of Liaohe River region in the west of Yanbei are characterized by diversity and variability. The diversity of economic forms depends to a large extent on the diversity of natural environment and resource endowment. The important inducement of the instability of economic form is the change and fluctuation of climate and other environmental factors. In the arid and semi-arid ecological environment fragile area of Liaohe River basin in the northwest of Yanbei, the choice of diversified economic forms suitable for resource endowment can reduce the pressure on certain resources and alleviate the contradiction between population and resources. If we ignore the characteristics of the natural environment, large-scale and high-intensity development of agriculture will aggravate the load on the land, leading to environmental degradation and even ecological crisis. The aggravating trend of desertification and other eco-environmental problems in Liaohe River area in the west of Yanbei are related to over-dense farming. Xiajiadian lower culture period, Liao Dynasty, Qing Dynasty, the excessive agricultural reclamation occurred in this area led to the deterioration of the ecological environment is a typical example. The historical lesson is that according to the land characteristics and resource endowments of different areas, we should adopt the economic form adapted to the environment, choose the living industry according to the characteristics of the natural environment, and at the same time, the economic activities should not exceed the natural load. For the eco-fragile area such as Liaohe River basin in the north-west of Yanbei, the choice of economic activity mode should be cautious.
