【摘要】：結(jié)合我國縣級市經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的實際,構(gòu)建了縣級市綜合實力評價指標(biāo)體系。采用主成分分析法,對中國370個縣級市進行了綜合評價,并分析了其空間差異特征。結(jié)果顯示,我國縣級市綜合實力差距很大,地區(qū)發(fā)展不平衡,百強縣級市的分布非常集中。東部地區(qū)和東北沿海地區(qū)縣級市綜合實力強,一半以上進入了全國縣級市綜合實力前100名,特別是江蘇、山東、浙江、遼寧這4個省份縣級市的社會經(jīng)濟十分發(fā)達,在國內(nèi)處于領(lǐng)先地位。而中西部地區(qū)縣級市的綜合實力較弱,進入全國百強的很少。這從一個側(cè)面反映了中國社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展上的地區(qū)差異。今后,應(yīng)高度重視縣級市在國家社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的地位和作用,尤其是對中西部地區(qū)的縣級市,要加大政策支持力度,加強城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和公共服務(wù)設(shè)施建設(shè),增強其承載力和吸引力,促進城市功能的提升和人口的合理集聚。
[Abstract]:Combined with the reality of economic and social development of county-level cities in China, the evaluation index system of comprehensive strength of county-level cities is constructed. In this paper, the principal component analysis (PCA) is used to evaluate 370 county-level cities in China, and their spatial differences are analyzed. The results show that there is a large gap in the comprehensive strength of the county-level cities in China, the regional development is unbalanced, and the distribution of the top 100 counties and cities is very concentrated. The comprehensive strength of county-level cities in the eastern region and the northeast coastal region is strong, and more than half of them have entered the top 100 comprehensive strength of county-level cities in the whole country, especially in Jiangsu, Shandong, Zhejiang and Liaoning provinces, where the socio-economic development of county-level cities is very developed. Be in a leading position at home. However, the comprehensive strength of the county-level cities in the central and western regions is relatively weak, and few of them enter the top 100. This reflects the regional differences in China's socio-economic development from one side. In the future, we should attach great importance to the status and role of county-level cities in the country's socio-economic development, especially to the county-level cities in the central and western regions, and increase policy support and strengthen the construction of urban infrastructure and public service facilities. Enhance its bearing capacity and attractiveness, promote the promotion of urban functions and rational agglomeration of the population.
