【摘要】：外商直接投資是推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的重要?jiǎng)恿�，�?dāng)今經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化不斷發(fā)展，其對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的作用也日益顯著，同時(shí)隨著中國(guó)的改革開(kāi)放不斷發(fā)展，大量的外資源源不斷的流入國(guó)內(nèi)，如何發(fā)揮好，利用好外資對(duì)于經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展意義重大。青島是我國(guó)開(kāi)放較早的港口城市之一，通過(guò)不斷的深化改革，制定積極的外資政策吸引了大量外資，，從而取得了經(jīng)濟(jì)的巨大飛躍，其發(fā)展歷程不但具有代表性，而且具有很強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)借鑒意義。 青島地處我國(guó)東部沿海地帶，是位于山東省內(nèi)的一座美麗的海濱城市，投資環(huán)境十分優(yōu)越，同時(shí)是中國(guó)發(fā)展較為年輕而且成績(jī)卓著的城市之一。鑒于青島在山東省乃至全國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)中的重要地位，本文以青島FDI與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的相關(guān)性為著眼點(diǎn)，首先分析了外資在青島的規(guī)模、地區(qū)來(lái)源、投資方式、地區(qū)分布、行業(yè)分布等多個(gè)方面的現(xiàn)狀及結(jié)構(gòu)特征，并從中發(fā)現(xiàn)青島的外商直接投資規(guī)模在不斷擴(kuò)大，質(zhì)量也在不斷提高，青島的外資具有明顯的地緣特征，來(lái)自亞洲的外資占青島外資總額的絕大多數(shù)，而且隨著改革開(kāi)放的不斷發(fā)展，外商獨(dú)資成為外商在青島的主導(dǎo)投資方式，其地區(qū)分布由城區(qū)向郊區(qū)過(guò)度，然后又向下屬的各個(gè)市所擴(kuò)散，同時(shí)投資主要集中在第二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)。其次本文在學(xué)習(xí)借鑒已有的理論基礎(chǔ)上，借助青島統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒中的數(shù)據(jù)，通過(guò)建立有效的計(jì)量模型著重從兩方面,即FDI與青島GDP以及FDI與青島進(jìn)出口的關(guān)系分析了青島外資對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的促進(jìn)作用。最后本文通過(guò)以上的分析并針對(duì)青島目前在招商引資方面所出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題提出相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Foreign direct investment is an important driving force to promote rapid economic development. Nowadays, economic globalization continues to develop, and its effect on the economy is becoming increasingly prominent. At the same time, with the continuous development of China's reform and opening-up, a large number of foreign capital flows into China. How to play a good role and make good use of foreign capital is of great significance for economic development. Qingdao is one of the earliest port cities in China. Through the continuous deepening of reform, the formulation of a positive foreign capital policy has attracted a large number of foreign capital, thus making a great leap forward in the economy, and its development process is not only representative. And has a very strong learning and reference significance. Qingdao is located in the eastern coastal zone of our country. It is a beautiful coastal city in Shandong Province. Its investment environment is very superior. At the same time, Qingdao is one of the cities with relatively young development and outstanding achievements in China. In view of Qingdao's important position in the economy of Shandong Province and even the whole country, this paper focuses on the correlation between FDI and economic growth in Qingdao. Firstly, it analyzes the scale, regional source, investment mode and regional distribution of foreign capital in Qingdao. The industrial distribution and other aspects of the current situation and structural characteristics, and found that Qingdao's foreign direct investment in the scale of continuous expansion, quality is also constantly improving, Qingdao's foreign investment has obvious geographical characteristics, Foreign investment from Asia accounts for the vast majority of total foreign investment in Qingdao, and with the continuous development of reform and opening up, wholly foreign investment has become the dominant mode of foreign investment in Qingdao, and its regional distribution is excessive from the urban areas to the suburbs. Then spread to the subordinate cities, while the investment was concentrated in the second and third industries. Secondly, on the basis of learning from the existing theories, with the help of the data in the Qingdao Statistical Yearbook, through the establishment of an effective econometric model, this paper focuses on two aspects. That is, the relationship between FDI and Qingdao GDP and FDI and Qingdao import and export analyzed the economic promotion effect of Qingdao foreign capital. Finally, based on the above analysis, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions to the problems of attracting investment in Qingdao at present.
