【摘要】：現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟中金融占有很重要的地位，金融運行的效率也就在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中有著十分重要的意義。河北省與國內發(fā)達省份地區(qū)比起來，經(jīng)濟發(fā)展處于全國較低水平，金融規(guī)模和質量也與發(fā)達省份地區(qū)存在較大差距，，河北省整體的金融效率較低，這一狀況已經(jīng)嚴重的制約了金融調節(jié)作用的發(fā)揮，同時阻礙了河北經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。因此對河北省區(qū)域金融效率與經(jīng)濟增長的關系進行研究，提高河北省金融效率，引導金融業(yè)抓住機遇，實現(xiàn)河北省在我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中處于有利位置，優(yōu)化金融資源配置效率有著重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文試圖從實證角度出發(fā)分析河北省金融效率與經(jīng)濟增長的一般規(guī)律，并揭示金融效率的區(qū)域差異及這種差異與經(jīng)濟增長的關系。 本文包括4章內容：第一章概述研究背景和意義，描述本文的基本框架，介紹本文的研究方法，指出本文的創(chuàng)新之處和不足。第二章介紹本文的理論背景，概闊金融發(fā)展理論，經(jīng)濟增長理論以及金融對經(jīng)濟增長的路徑分析。第三章對河北省區(qū)域金融效率對經(jīng)濟增長的影響進行了實證分析，討論了河北省區(qū)域金融效率與經(jīng)濟增長的差異。第四章綜合實證研究分析結果，提出政策建議。 本文的實證研究采用了面板數(shù)據(jù)模型方法，結論主要有：河北省區(qū)域金融效率滯后于經(jīng)濟增長，對經(jīng)濟增長促進作用不明顯，各城市二者的關系具有區(qū)域差異，河北省的金融效率自2002年以來出現(xiàn)由弱轉強、再由強轉弱、再由弱轉強的趨勢。政策建議有：提升金融效率、完善金融市場結構、深化金融體制改革、轉變金融增長方式和支持民間金融等等。
[Abstract]:Finance occupies a very important position in modern economy, and the efficiency of financial operation is also of great significance in economic development. Compared with the developed provinces and regions in China, the economic development of Hebei Province is at a low level throughout the country, and the financial scale and quality of Hebei Province is also far behind that of the developed provinces, and the overall financial efficiency of Hebei Province is relatively low. This situation has seriously restricted the role of financial regulation, but also hindered the economic development of Hebei. Therefore, to study the relationship between regional financial efficiency and economic growth in Hebei Province, improve the financial efficiency of Hebei Province, guide the financial industry to seize the opportunity, and realize that Hebei Province is in a favorable position in the economic development of our country. Optimizing the efficiency of financial resources allocation has important practical significance. This paper attempts to analyze the general law of financial efficiency and economic growth in Hebei Province from an empirical perspective, and to reveal the regional differences in financial efficiency and the relationship between this difference and economic growth. This paper includes four chapters: the first chapter summarizes the research background and significance, describes the basic framework of this paper, introduces the research methods of this paper, and points out the innovation and deficiency of this paper. The second chapter introduces the theoretical background of this paper, broad-based financial development theory, economic growth theory and the path analysis of finance to economic growth. The third chapter analyzes the influence of regional financial efficiency on economic growth in Hebei province, and discusses the difference between regional financial efficiency and economic growth in Hebei province. The fourth chapter synthesizes the empirical research result, puts forward the policy suggestion. The empirical study of this paper adopts panel data model method. The main conclusions are as follows: the regional financial efficiency of Hebei Province lags behind the economic growth, the role of promoting economic growth is not obvious, and there are regional differences in the relationship between the two cities. Since 2002, the financial efficiency of Hebei Province has changed from weak to strong, then from strong to weak, and then from weak to strong. The policy suggestions include improving the financial efficiency, perfecting the financial market structure, deepening the reform of the financial system, changing the way of financial growth and supporting the non-governmental finance and so on.
