【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的迅猛發(fā)展,世界各國更加重視海洋經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。在新一輪海洋開發(fā)的熱潮中,機遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存。我國海洋經(jīng)濟發(fā)展在取得顯著成就的同時,存在著產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、科技創(chuàng)新不強、海洋開發(fā)資金短缺、陸海聯(lián)動效應(yīng)不顯著、海洋安全受到挑戰(zhàn)等問題。要推進我國海洋經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,需要全面優(yōu)化海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)布局,健全海洋科技創(chuàng)新體系,加大金融支持力度,構(gòu)建大"S"型海域經(jīng)濟帶,維護國家海洋權(quán)益,切實加強國際合作開發(fā)。只有這樣,才能保證中國海洋經(jīng)濟又好又快發(fā)展,為實現(xiàn)"海洋強國"建設(shè)目標奠定堅實基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization, countries in the world pay more attention to the development of marine economy. In the new round of ocean development upsurge, opportunities and challenges coexist. While China's marine economic development has made remarkable achievements, there are some problems, such as unreasonable industrial structure, weak scientific and technological innovation, shortage of marine development funds, lack of land-sea linkage effect, and challenges to marine safety, etc. In order to promote the development of China's marine economy, it is necessary to comprehensively optimize the distribution of marine industries, improve the marine science and technology innovation system, increase financial support, build a large "S" maritime economic belt, and safeguard the national maritime rights and interests. We will earnestly strengthen international cooperation and development. Only in this way can China's marine economy develop well and rapidly and lay a solid foundation for achieving the goal of building a strong maritime power.
