希臘金融危機對歐盟的影響

【摘要】：2009年爆發(fā)的希臘金融危機影響巨大，因而選擇研究希臘金融危機爆發(fā)的過程、原因、對歐盟的影響以及針對歐盟應(yīng)對、處理的危機做法給出評價，并針對歐盟體制的問題提出歐盟體制要創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的建議，具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 通過對希臘金融危機內(nèi)部與外部原因的分析，能夠體會到希臘金融危機對宏觀和微觀兩方面影響的深刻性。就宏觀層面而言，包括對歐元區(qū)貨幣的影響；對其他成員國債務(wù)危機的影響；對歐盟國家投資率的影響；對歐盟成員國GDP的影響；對歐盟成員國通貨膨脹的影響；對歐盟成員國的失業(yè)率的影響；對歐盟組織的信任度的影響；對歐盟經(jīng)濟復(fù)蘇的影響。而從微觀方面來說，是對歐盟其他成員國的消費率、就業(yè)水平、收入水平以及人民生活水平的嚴(yán)重影響。 希臘金融危機所折射出的深層次問題是歐盟體制內(nèi)部的問題。沒有與單一貨幣相適應(yīng)的財政體制，歐盟在監(jiān)管機制與危機應(yīng)對援助機制方面存在的缺陷，以及歐盟整體的成員國的制度問題。由此可以得出歐盟化解消極影響的處理方法，應(yīng)該是體制創(chuàng)新，，歐盟未來的新體制應(yīng)該是建立包括超主權(quán)的統(tǒng)一財政體系，全面的政治聯(lián)盟以及完善的監(jiān)督管理機制在內(nèi)的全新體制。
[Abstract]:The Greek financial crisis that broke out in 2009 had a huge impact, and therefore chose to study the process of the outbreak of the Greek financial crisis, the reasons for which, the impact on the EU, and the crisis approach to the EU's response and treatment, In view of the problem of EU system, it is of great practical significance to propose the innovation and development of EU system. Through the analysis of the internal and external causes of the Greek financial crisis, we can realize the profound influence of the Greek financial crisis on the macro and micro aspects. At the macro level, including the impact on the currency of the euro zone; the impact on the debt crisis of the other member countries; the impact on the investment rate of the EU countries; the impact on the GDP of the EU member States; the impact on the inflation of the EU member States; The impact on the unemployment rate of the EU member states; the impact of trust in the EU Organization; the impact on the recovery of the EU economy. From the microcosmic point of view, it is a serious impact on the consumption rate, employment level, income level and people's living standard of the other EU member states. The deep-seated problems reflected by the Greek financial crisis are problems within the EU system. There is no single currency-compatible fiscal system, shortcomings in the EU's regulatory and crisis-response aid mechanisms, and institutional problems in the EU's member States as a whole. From this, we can draw a conclusion that the way to deal with the negative impacts of the EU should be institutional innovation, and that the EU's future new system should be to establish a unified fiscal system that includes super-sovereign rights. Comprehensive political union and perfect supervision and management mechanism, including a brand-new system.
