【摘要】：正"十三五"時期是實現(xiàn)全面建成小康社會目標的關(guān)鍵時期,是最后沖刺的五年。習(xí)近平總書記指出:"小康不小康,關(guān)鍵看老鄉(xiāng)。貧困地區(qū)、貧困人口是全面建成小康社會的突出短板。"十八屆五中全會把扶貧開發(fā)工作列為"十三五"規(guī)劃十大目標任務(wù)之一,提出要在"十三五"末全面完成"我國現(xiàn)行標準下農(nóng)村貧困人口實現(xiàn)脫貧,貧困縣全部摘帽,解決區(qū)域性整體貧困。"這預(yù)示著扶貧開發(fā)作為我國全面小康社會建設(shè)的戰(zhàn)略重點之一,國家將出臺
[Abstract]:The 13th five-year Plan period is the key period to realize the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and is the last five years of sprint.
