【摘要】：為了振興經(jīng)濟,國際協(xié)定成為克服語言和文化等障礙促進各國之間交流與合作的重要途徑�？缣窖蠡锇殛P(guān)系協(xié)定(TPP)希望通過放寬亞洲—太平洋地區(qū)國家之間的貿(mào)易約束促進雙邊或多邊的合作和商務(wù)。不同國際協(xié)議成員之間的交錯使得亞太地區(qū)國家彼此之間相互關(guān)聯(lián)、競爭和牽制,格局形勢日趨復(fù)雜化,TPP的產(chǎn)生使得錯綜復(fù)雜的亞太地區(qū)國家關(guān)系中增加了新的選擇。面對TPP形成的壓力與挑戰(zhàn),中國應(yīng)架構(gòu)自身的國際經(jīng)濟政治戰(zhàn)略部署,在不同方向延伸和拓展,通過戰(zhàn)略性經(jīng)濟帶擴充貿(mào)易發(fā)展空間,增強區(qū)域的國際領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。我國正處于改革開放的關(guān)鍵時期,在開拓和加寬國際交往和合作的同時,增強創(chuàng)新能力和發(fā)展自身經(jīng)濟,實現(xiàn)長期穩(wěn)定增長才是根本。國強民富的經(jīng)濟實力最終必將提升國際政治影響力。
[Abstract]:In order to revitalize the economy, international agreements become an important way to overcome language and cultural barriers to promote exchanges and cooperation among countries. The Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP) hopes to promote bilateral or multilateral cooperation and commerce by relaxing trade constraints among countries in the Asia-Pacific region. The interlacing of the members of the different international agreements makes the countries in the Asia-Pacific region interrelate, compete and contain each other, and the situation is becoming more and more complicated. The emergence of TPP has added new choices in the complicated relations between the countries in the Asia-Pacific region. In the face of the pressure and challenge of TPP, China should construct its own international economic and political strategic deployment, extend and expand in different directions, expand the space for trade development through strategic economic belt, and strengthen the international leadership of the region. China is in a critical period of reform and opening up. While opening up and broadening international exchanges and cooperation, it is essential to strengthen the ability of innovation and develop its own economy, and to achieve long-term and stable growth. The economic strength of national strength and the prosperity of the people will eventually enhance the international political influence.
