【摘要】：當(dāng)前一股修改現(xiàn)代史、否定計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)期建設(shè)成就的歷史虛無(wú)主義風(fēng)氣抬頭。一些入認(rèn)為1949~1978年中國(guó)出現(xiàn)了"社會(huì)的全面大倒退",人民生活水平全面停滯,甚至趕不上民國(guó)時(shí)期,這種割裂歷史的言論值得引起人們高度重視。實(shí)事求是地說(shuō),1949~1978年中國(guó)居民雖然物質(zhì)生活提高緩慢,但人民生活水平整體超過(guò)了民國(guó)時(shí)期;人民物質(zhì)生活的滯后換來(lái)現(xiàn)代工業(yè)體系的基本建立,為日后中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛打下了牢固的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制是當(dāng)時(shí)的歷史條件下的必然選擇,計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)期本質(zhì)上也是中國(guó)社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的實(shí)踐探索。
[Abstract]:At present, a trend of historical nihilism, which modifies modern history and negates the achievements of construction in planned economy period, is on the rise. Some people think that there was a "great retrogression of society" in China from 1949 to 1978, and the people's standard of living was completely stagnant, even unable to catch up with the period of the Republic of China. Realistically speaking, although the material life of Chinese residents improved slowly from 1949 to 1978, the standard of living of Chinese people as a whole was higher than that of the Republic of China. The lag of people's material life in exchange for the basic establishment of modern industrial system laid a solid material foundation for the future Chinese economy to take off. The planned economy system was an inevitable choice under the historical conditions at that time, and the planned economy period was essentially a practical exploration of China's socialist construction.
