【摘要】：在對(duì)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展相關(guān)理論理解的基礎(chǔ)上,以代謝循環(huán)能力作為研究切入點(diǎn),建立海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展測(cè)度指標(biāo)體系,構(gòu)建包含發(fā)展度、協(xié)調(diào)度、代謝循環(huán)度的量化模型,對(duì)2000-2011年環(huán)渤海地區(qū)17個(gè)沿海城市的海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行測(cè)算,并利用核密度估計(jì)模型分析了海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的動(dòng)態(tài)演變,結(jié)果基本顯示了近年來(lái)環(huán)渤海地區(qū)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的分布格局。其中強(qiáng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展地區(qū)為天津市;中等可持續(xù)發(fā)展地區(qū)為大連市、盤錦市、青島市、東營(yíng)市、煙臺(tái)市、威海市;較弱可持續(xù)發(fā)展地區(qū)為秦皇島市、丹東市、濰坊市、日照市;弱可持續(xù)發(fā)展地區(qū)為唐山市、滄州市、錦州市、營(yíng)口市、葫蘆島市、濱州市。同時(shí)對(duì)環(huán)渤海地區(qū)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展空間分異規(guī)律進(jìn)行研究。研究成果對(duì)該地區(qū)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:On the basis of understanding the relevant theories of the sustainable development of marine economy and taking the metabolic circulation ability as the starting point, the paper establishes the index system of measuring the sustainable development of marine economy, and constructs the degree of development and coordination, which includes the degree of development and the degree of coordination. The quantitative model of metabolic cycle degree is used to estimate the sustainable development of marine economy in 17 coastal cities around Bohai Sea from 2000 to 2011, and the dynamic evolution of sustainable development of marine economy is analyzed by using the nuclear density estimation model. The results show the distribution pattern of the sustainable development of marine economy around Bohai Sea in recent years. Among them, the strong sustainable development area is Tianjin, the middle sustainable development area is Dalian, Panjin, Qingdao, Dongying, Yantai, Weihai, the weak sustainable development area is Qinhuangdao, Dandong, Weifang, Rizhao; Weak sustainable development areas for Tangshan City, Cangzhou City, Jinzhou City, Yingkou City, Huludao City, Binzhou City. At the same time, the spatial differentiation law of the sustainable development of marine economy around Bohai Sea is studied. The research results have certain practical significance for the sustainable development of marine economy in this area.
