【摘要】："劉易斯拐點(diǎn)"預(yù)示一國(guó)將經(jīng)歷勞動(dòng)力由過剩到短缺、城鄉(xiāng)收入差距不斷縮小、由農(nóng)業(yè)大國(guó)向工業(yè)國(guó)轉(zhuǎn)變的轉(zhuǎn)型過程。本文通過利用馬克思勞動(dòng)力價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)程度的相關(guān)理論對(duì)我國(guó)勞動(dòng)力供求狀況的分析,證實(shí)了我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)內(nèi)部還存在剩余勞動(dòng)力以及2004年開始顯現(xiàn)出的"民工荒"的事實(shí)。但我國(guó)日益嚴(yán)重的"民工荒"浪潮并未能形成與城鄉(xiāng)收入差距縮小、農(nóng)民市民化之間的和諧互動(dòng),我國(guó)并未能出現(xiàn)與二元經(jīng)濟(jì)模型預(yù)測(cè)相一致的轉(zhuǎn)型。從根本上講,我國(guó)并未出現(xiàn)"劉易斯拐點(diǎn)"。
[Abstract]:Lewis inflection point indicates that a country will go through a process of transition from surplus to shortage of labor, narrowing of income gap between urban and rural areas, and transformation from a large agricultural country to an industrial country. Based on the analysis of the supply and demand of labor force in our country by using the relevant theory of the realization degree of Marx's labor force value, this paper confirms the fact that there is still surplus labor force in agriculture and the "shortage of rural workers" which began to appear in 2004. However, the increasingly serious wave of "shortage of migrant workers" in China has failed to form a harmonious interaction with the narrowing of income gap between urban and rural areas and the urbanization of farmers, and China has failed to make a transition consistent with the prediction of the dual economic model. Fundamentally speaking, our country did not appear "Lewis inflection point".
