【摘要】：正國際金融危機(jī)爆發(fā)以來,全球經(jīng)貿(mào)格局明顯改變,世界貿(mào)易增長乏力、貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義不斷升溫,多邊貿(mào)易體制建設(shè)幾近停滯與此同時(shí),以區(qū)域貿(mào)易安排(RTA為主要形式的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作蓬勃發(fā)展,全球區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)入了新一輪快速發(fā)展時(shí)期。在此背景下,歐盟為適應(yīng)全球形勢變化及實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇,調(diào)整并加速推進(jìn)全球自貿(mào)戰(zhàn)略。作為全球第一大自由貿(mào)易體,其自貿(mào)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施對(duì)全球經(jīng)貿(mào)格局的調(diào)整必將產(chǎn)生深刻影響。
[Abstract]:Since the outbreak of the international financial crisis, the global economic and trade pattern has changed markedly, world trade growth has been sluggish, trade protectionism has been heating up, and the construction of the multilateral trading system has nearly stagnated at the same time. With the regional trade arrangement (RTA) as the main form of regional economic cooperation, the global regional economic integration has entered a new rapid development period. In this context, in order to adapt to the changes in the global situation and achieve economic recovery, the European Union adjusted and accelerated the global free trade strategy. As the world's largest free trade body, the implementation of its free trade strategy will have a profound impact on the adjustment of the global economic and trade pattern.
