【摘要】：英國、德國、美國、日本等國家的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明,科技創(chuàng)新是大國崛起的基石,從引進(jìn)模仿到自主創(chuàng)新是一個(gè)國家科技創(chuàng)新能力建設(shè)必經(jīng)的過程和捷徑,激勵(lì)創(chuàng)新的制度和文化是大國科技創(chuàng)新崛起的根本保證,抓住世界科技革命和產(chǎn)業(yè)革命的歷史機(jī)遇是新興大國崛起的成功之道,各個(gè)國家要根據(jù)國情、發(fā)展階段選擇適合自身的科技創(chuàng)新模式。當(dāng)前,我國正處于重新崛起的偉大歷史復(fù)興進(jìn)程中,應(yīng)將科技創(chuàng)新擺在核心位置,切實(shí)尊重知識、尊重人才,緊緊抓住新一輪科技革命蓄勢待發(fā)的歷史機(jī)遇,厚植創(chuàng)新的文化和土壤,大力推動(dòng)實(shí)用性創(chuàng)新,構(gòu)建經(jīng)濟(jì)社會持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的強(qiáng)大動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:The historical experience of Britain, Germany, the United States, Japan and other countries shows that scientific and technological innovation is the cornerstone of the rise of a great country. From the introduction of imitation to independent innovation, it is a necessary process and shortcut for a country to build its scientific and technological innovation capacity. The system and culture of encouraging innovation are the fundamental guarantee for the rise of scientific and technological innovation in large countries. Seizing the historical opportunities of the world's scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution is the way to succeed in the rise of the new great powers, and each country should be based on its national conditions. The development stage chooses the scientific and technological innovation mode suitable for oneself. At present, our country is in the course of the great historical rejuvenation of re-rising. We should put scientific and technological innovation at the core, earnestly respect knowledge and talents, and firmly seize the historical opportunity of a new round of scientific and technological revolution. The culture and soil of planting innovation vigorously promote practical innovation and construct the powerful motive force of sustainable and healthy development of economy and society.
