【摘要】：正為了進(jìn)一步加大《經(jīng)濟(jì)研究參考》雜志反映我國(guó)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展和改革開(kāi)放實(shí)踐的力度,積極配合省以下財(cái)政體制改革和國(guó)家區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,自2008年1月起,《經(jīng)濟(jì)研究參考》雜志開(kāi)設(shè)"地方財(cái)經(jīng)"欄目,每月出版1期,每月21日出刊。該欄目主要反映當(dāng)前我國(guó)地方財(cái)政改革發(fā)展實(shí)踐和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)建設(shè),并立足廣西,重點(diǎn)反映和探討我國(guó)西部地區(qū)、民族地區(qū)財(cái)經(jīng)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和面臨的共性問(wèn)題,既有工作指導(dǎo)、情況反映、經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流,又有問(wèn)題研究、學(xué)術(shù)探討,兼顧理論性和實(shí)踐性。
[Abstract]:In order to further increase the strength of the magazine "Economic Research reference" to reflect the local economic and social development and the practice of reform and opening up in China, and to actively cooperate with the reform of the financial system below the provincial level and the national strategy for regional economic development, since January 2008, "Economic Research reference" magazine set up "Local Finance" column, published once a month, 21 th of each month. This column mainly reflects the current practice of local financial reform and development and economic and social construction in our country, and bases itself on Guangxi, and focuses on reflecting and discussing the financial and economic development situation and common problems faced by the western and ethnic regions of our country, as well as the existing work guidance. Reflection of the situation, exchange of experience, but also problematic research, academic discussion, both theoretical and practical.
