【摘要】：社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間存在內(nèi)在的聯(lián)系。在一國(guó)現(xiàn)代化過(guò)程中，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展一方面具有降低社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的積極因素，另一方面也有放大社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的消極因素。一國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展最終傾向于促進(jìn)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定還是增加社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)取決于多方面的因素，，比如經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的速度、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的穩(wěn)定性、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展階段、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的均衡性等。本文在國(guó)內(nèi)外已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上，分析了我國(guó)社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間的聯(lián)系，分析了改革開放以來(lái)我國(guó)社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的變動(dòng)特征。本文運(yùn)用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)模型對(duì)我國(guó)1984年--2010年間的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行的多元回歸分析表明，我國(guó)的社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大小與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)率、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)穩(wěn)定性成負(fù)相關(guān)性關(guān)系，與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平之間存在倒“U”型關(guān)系；區(qū)域間經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不平衡已經(jīng)成為影響我國(guó)社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的重要因素。國(guó)際或地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)也會(huì)影響我國(guó)的社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，但這種影響并不顯著，影響我國(guó)社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)因素主要來(lái)自國(guó)內(nèi)，而不是國(guó)外。
[Abstract]:There is an inherent relationship between social risk and economic development. In the process of modernization of a country, economic development has both positive factors to reduce social risks and negative factors to amplify social risks. The final tendency of a country's economic development to promote social stability or increase social risks depends on various factors, such as the speed of economic growth, the stability of economic growth, the stage of economic development, the equilibrium of economic development, etc. On the basis of existing studies at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the relationship between social risks and economic development in China, and analyzes the changing characteristics of social risks in China since the reform and opening up. In this paper, we use the econometric model to analyze the relevant data from 1984 to 2010 in China. The results show that there is a negative correlation between the social risk and the economic growth rate and the stability of economic growth. There is an inverted "U" type relationship with the level of economic development; The imbalance of regional economic development has become an important factor affecting social risks in China. The international or regional economic crisis will also affect the social risk of our country, but this influence is not significant. The economic factors that affect the social risk of our country mainly come from domestic, not from abroad.
