【摘要】：發(fā)展高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)對我國轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式、促使產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級、提升綜合國力具有重大意義。我國政府對高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展也越來越重視。要想更好更有效的發(fā)展我國的高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)，必須建立在把握其發(fā)展規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)之上。 本文以我國的高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)作為研究對象，圍繞其發(fā)展機(jī)理進(jìn)行了深入的剖析，最后提出政策建議。具體內(nèi)容如下： 1.總結(jié)學(xué)術(shù)界和政府部門對高技術(shù)以及高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵和特點(diǎn)，，對發(fā)展高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的理論進(jìn)行綜述。 2.分析了自1995年以來我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的變動(dòng)趨勢。在本論文中，重點(diǎn)分析了我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)在產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模、盈利能力上的時(shí)間效應(yīng)和空間效應(yīng)。 3.從時(shí)間和空間兩個(gè)角度，對我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展機(jī)理展開雙向研究。時(shí)間角度，主要對我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)演化機(jī)理展開研究。空間角度，主要對我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的集聚機(jī)理展開研究。首先，從時(shí)間角度出發(fā)，在微觀、中觀、宏觀三個(gè)層面上對我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的演化機(jī)理進(jìn)行了深入的分析，同時(shí)分析了我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)演化的非線性動(dòng)力機(jī)制，并構(gòu)建了相應(yīng)的理論模型。其次，從空間角度出發(fā)，分析了我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚發(fā)生的一般原因和特殊原因，以及集聚的影響因素，最終構(gòu)建了我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚機(jī)理模型。 4.最后，本論文從5個(gè)方面提出了發(fā)展我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The development of high-tech industry is of great significance to change the mode of economic development, promote the upgrading of industrial structure and promote the comprehensive national strength. The development of high-tech industry is paid more and more attention by our government. In order to develop our high-tech industry better and more effectively, it must be established on the basis of grasping its development law. This paper takes the high-tech industry of our country as the research object, analyzes its development mechanism deeply, and finally puts forward some policy suggestions. The specific contents are as follows: 1. This paper summarizes the connotation and characteristics of high technology and high technology industry in academic circles and government departments, and summarizes the theory of developing high technology industry. 2. This paper analyzes the trend of development of high-tech industry in China since 1995. In this paper, the time and space effects of high-tech industry in industrial scale and profitability are analyzed. 3. From the view of time and space, the development mechanism of high-tech industry in China is studied in both directions. From the angle of time, this paper mainly studies the evolution mechanism of high-tech industry in China. From the spatial point of view, the paper mainly studies the agglomeration mechanism of high-tech industries in China. First of all, from the point of view of time, the evolution mechanism of China's high-tech industry is deeply analyzed at the micro, meso and macro levels, and the nonlinear dynamic mechanism of the evolution of China's high-tech industry is analyzed at the same time. The corresponding theoretical model is constructed. Secondly, from the point of view of space, this paper analyzes the general and special causes of high-tech industrial agglomeration in China, and the influencing factors of agglomeration, and finally constructs the mechanism model of high-tech industrial agglomeration in China. 4. Finally, this paper puts forward the policy suggestions of developing high-tech industry from five aspects.
