【摘要】：張家窩鎮(zhèn)制定了在“十二五”規(guī)劃末期，工業(yè)、財政再上一個大臺階的主要目標(biāo)�？傮w來說，張家窩鎮(zhèn)是天津市鎮(zhèn)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一個縮影，如果能夠取得巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展成就，就能夠為其他鎮(zhèn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供堅實的理論指導(dǎo)基礎(chǔ)，帶動整個地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展。 本文首先分析張家窩鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在問題。經(jīng)過多年的實踐與努力，張家窩鎮(zhèn)在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展上取得了一定成效，但仍存在許多的問題，融資難度進(jìn)一步加大；就業(yè)壓力進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大；工業(yè)性投資嚴(yán)重萎縮；現(xiàn)有企業(yè)技術(shù)附加值低；土地制約的結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾依然存在。 其次對張家窩鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)行SWOT分析，，指出張家窩鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展在擁有優(yōu)勢的同時，也存在一些自身的劣勢，城鎮(zhèn)空間布局有待進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化；用地空間不足與土地集約利用度較低的矛盾突出；財政能力相對有限，財政總收入波動性大；產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)面臨轉(zhuǎn)型升級，支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)亟待提升。 最后針對以上分析，探討張家窩鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，提出張家窩鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，以“三集中”發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為戰(zhàn)略基礎(chǔ)，優(yōu)先發(fā)展現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)，加快工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級，大力提升現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展水平，努力實現(xiàn)張家窩鎮(zhèn)的總體戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。并針對戰(zhàn)略，提出了針對性的具體措施，保障張家窩鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Zhangjiaowo set the main goal of industrial and financial development at the end of the twelfth five-year plan. In general, Zhangjiaowo Town is a microcosm of the economic development in Tianjin. If it can achieve tremendous economic development achievements, it can provide a solid theoretical basis for the economic development of other towns. Drive the rapid development of the whole region economy. This paper first analyzes the economic development of Zhangjiaowo Town and the existing problems. After many years of practice and efforts, Zhangjiaowo Town has made certain achievements in economic development, but there are still many problems, financing difficulties further increased, employment pressure further expanded, industrial investment seriously shrinking; The technical added value of existing enterprises is low; the structural contradiction of land restriction still exists. Secondly, the author analyzes the economic development of Zhangjiaowei by SWOT, and points out that there are some disadvantages in the economic development of Zhangjiaowei, and the spatial layout of the town needs to be further optimized. The contradiction between the shortage of land space and the low degree of intensive land use is prominent; the financial ability is relatively limited, the total revenue of finance is fluctuating greatly; the industrial structure is facing the transformation and upgrading, and the pillar industry needs to be promoted urgently. Finally, in view of the above analysis, this paper probes into the economic development strategy of Zhangjiawo Town, and puts forward the economic development strategy of Zhangjiaowei Town, which is based on the development strategy of "three concentration", gives priority to the development of modern service industry, and accelerates the transformation and upgrading of industrial economy. Vigorously improve the level of modern agricultural development, and strive to achieve the overall strategic objectives of Zhangjiaowo Town. Aiming at the strategy, specific measures are put forward to ensure the rapid and stable economic development of Zhangjiaowo Town.
