【摘要】：中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)取得了怎樣的進(jìn)展,未來應(yīng)堅(jiān)持什么升級(jí)方向,如何取得突破?針對(duì)三個(gè)問題,本文客觀分析了中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀,思考并剖析了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)難的深層次原因,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了對(duì)策。研究認(rèn)為:中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)在一定程度上被低估,但總體上仍處于較低的水平,對(duì)中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)狀況不應(yīng)"妄自菲薄",它的形成具有一定的歷史必然性和合理性;中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)難的內(nèi)在原因在于思維僵化、路徑依賴、體制障礙;突破產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)難的關(guān)鍵是要實(shí)現(xiàn)思維轉(zhuǎn)變、方向修正、路徑調(diào)整、體制突破。
[Abstract]:What progress has been made in the upgrading of China's industrial structure, what direction of upgrading should be adhered to in the future, and how to achieve a breakthrough? In view of the three problems, this paper objectively analyzes the present situation of China's industrial structure, ponders and analyzes the deep-seated reasons for the difficulty of upgrading the industrial structure, and puts forward some countermeasures on this basis. The study holds that: China's industrial structure is underestimated to a certain extent, but it is still at a relatively low level on the whole, it should not be "belittled" to the situation of China's industrial structure, and its formation has certain historical inevitability and rationality; The internal reasons of the difficulty in upgrading industrial structure in China lie in the rigidity of thinking, path dependence and system obstacle, and the key to break through the difficulty of industrial upgrading is to realize the transformation of thinking, the correction of direction, the adjustment of path, and the breakthrough of system.
