【摘要】：國務(wù)院于2009年11月16日正式批復(fù)《中國圖們江區(qū)域合作開發(fā)規(guī)劃綱要——以長吉圖為開發(fā)開放先導(dǎo)區(qū)》,2011年元月,長吉城際鐵路也正式開通并全面實(shí)施長吉圖一體化戰(zhàn)略。延龍圖作為長吉圖區(qū)域開發(fā)開放中的重要中心城市和節(jié)點(diǎn)地區(qū),延龍圖充當(dāng)著前沿窗口的重要作用。本篇論文通過運(yùn)用區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和產(chǎn)業(yè)演變理論,對需要更廣范圍、更深層次探討研究的延龍圖一體化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇以及相互間密切關(guān)聯(lián)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)行分析。產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)在某種情況下作為經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu),可拉動經(jīng)濟(jì)增長也將因經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展而發(fā)生相應(yīng)的變異。從世界經(jīng)濟(jì)變化過程中所反映的現(xiàn)象可看出經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)之間的關(guān)系密切、不可分割,她們在持續(xù)生長過程中相促拉動、促進(jìn)彼此的發(fā)展。長期以來,國內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟(jì)專家學(xué)者也認(rèn)同此種現(xiàn)象,依據(jù)各類經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論及原理對兩者之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,在這基礎(chǔ)上,作者在本文中主要通過五個方面對文從延龍圖一體化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)在長吉圖開發(fā)開放戰(zhàn)略過程中所反映的作用進(jìn)行實(shí)證簡析。 第一部分,緒論。探討了本論文的選題背景、研究目的、意義及本論文所應(yīng)用的研究方法,并對國內(nèi)外研究的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié)。同時,對已收集的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的整理和總結(jié)。從此發(fā)現(xiàn),目前關(guān)于長吉圖先導(dǎo)區(qū)與延龍圖一體化的研究主要以產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)、區(qū)域間合作、國際合作為主,關(guān)于結(jié)合長吉圖先導(dǎo)區(qū)與延龍圖一體化建設(shè)的研究比較少一些。 第二部分,闡述產(chǎn)業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)業(yè)定位、區(qū)域分工與合作等相關(guān)概念,以及關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進(jìn)理論、區(qū)位論、區(qū)域分工與合作等理論進(jìn)行了簡述。 第三部分,分別闡述了長吉圖先導(dǎo)區(qū)的建立特征、意義和主要內(nèi)容。分析長吉圖的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展主要是靠第一產(chǎn)業(yè)為主,即現(xiàn)代裝備制造業(yè)。而且通過廣泛的國際合作,實(shí)現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整及產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。同時,本文詳細(xì)的論述了長吉圖先導(dǎo)區(qū)的主要內(nèi)容。 第四部分,主要是分析長吉圖開發(fā)開放中延龍圖的定位,從延龍圖一體化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)來拉動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì),進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)長吉圖的發(fā)展,并提出了延龍圖一體化中產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題。 第五部分,結(jié)合延龍圖區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,針對長吉圖開發(fā)開放戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)程中可能遇到的問題提出可操作性建議。
[Abstract]:On November 16, 2009, the State Council formally approved the outline of China's Tumen River Regional Cooperative Development Planning-taking Changji Tu as the development and opening leading area. In January 2011, the Changji Intercity Railway also officially opened and fully implemented the Changji Tu integration strategy. As an important central city and node area in the development and opening of Changjitu area, Yanlongtu plays an important role in the front window. By using the theory of regional economics and industrial evolution, this paper aims at a wider range of needs. The challenges and opportunities faced by the development of Yandongtu integration industry, as well as the closely related industrial structure and economic development, are discussed in a deeper level. Industrial structure as the basic structure of economic growth under certain circumstances, can pull economic growth will also have corresponding variation due to economic development. From the phenomenon reflected in the process of world economic change, we can see that the relationship between economic development and industrial structure is close and indivisible, and they promote each other's development in the process of sustained growth. For a long time, economic experts and scholars at home and abroad have also recognized this phenomenon, and have studied the relationship between the two according to various economic theories and principles, on the basis of which, In this paper, the author mainly through five aspects from the Yilongtu integration of the industrial structure in the development of Changji Tu open strategy reflected in the role of empirical analysis. The first part, introduction. This paper discusses the background, purpose, significance and research methods of this paper, and summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad. At the same time, the collected literature is systematically collated and summarized. From then on, it is found that the current research on the integration of Changjitu forerunner and Yanlongtu is mainly on industrial development, interregional cooperation and international cooperation, while there is less research on the integration of Changji-tu-Pioneer and Yan-Longtu. In the second part, the related concepts of industry, industrial structure, industrial orientation, regional division of labor and cooperation, as well as the theory of industrial structure evolution, location theory, regional division of labor and cooperation are briefly described. In the third part, the establishment characteristics, significance and main contents of the forerunner area of Changji Tu are described respectively. The industrial development of Changji Tu mainly depends on the primary industry, that is, modern equipment manufacturing industry. And through extensive international cooperation, the realization of structural adjustment and industrial development. At the same time, this paper discusses the main contents of the forerunner area of Changji Tu in detail. The fourth part is mainly to analyze the position of Yandu in the development and opening of Changji Tu, to promote the regional economy from the integrated industrial structure of Yanchitu, and to further strengthen the development of Changji Tu. And put forward the current situation and existing problems of industrial structure in the integration of Yandongtu. In the fifth part, combined with the regional industry chain of Yanlongtu, the operational suggestions are put forward in view of the problems that may be encountered in the process of developing the opening strategy of Changji Tu.
