【摘要】：正《金融學季刊》是由中國金融學年會主辦,中山大學嶺南學院承辦,北京大學出版社出版的專業(yè)學術刊物,主要刊登有關資產定價、公司財務與治理、金融市場與金融機構、金融工程、貨幣銀行、國際金融等領域的高水平學術性論文。從2014年4月1日開始,《金融學季刊》編輯部正式遷址到中山大學嶺南學院�！督鹑趯W季刊》鼓勵采用國際規(guī)范的研究方法,研究中國(含香港和臺灣)資本市場問題的論文。研
[Abstract]:The Quarterly of Finance is sponsored by the Annual Conference of Chinese Finance, hosted by Lingnan College, Sun Yat-sen University, and published by Peking University Press. It mainly publishes articles on asset pricing, corporate finance and governance, financial markets and financial institutions. Financial engineering, monetary banking, international finance and other areas of high level academic papers. Since April 1, 2014, the editorial department of the Quarterly of Finance has been officially relocated to Lingnan College of Sun Yat-sen University. The Quarterly of Finance encourages the use of internationally standardized research methods to study the capital market problems in China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan). Research
