【摘要】：正有序疏解北京非首都功能是京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)和重中之重,也是解決北京"大城市病"的必由之路。2015年,市政協(xié)將"調(diào)整疏解非首都功能"作為議政性主席會議專題協(xié)商議題。通過前期綜合調(diào)研,形成的《對調(diào)整疏解北京非首都功能若干問題的建議》從四個(gè)方面提出了22條具體解決問題的相關(guān)建議。動批、大紅門……這些耳熟能詳?shù)拿~,一年來陸續(xù)搬遷。如何調(diào)動疏解對象外遷積極性?委員們提出,要通過完善相關(guān)配套政策,促進(jìn)疏解對象外遷,讓疏解的企業(yè)和人員不吃虧、有好處、能發(fā)展。要統(tǒng)籌補(bǔ)償機(jī)制,
