【摘要】：正21世紀(jì)以來,新興市場(chǎng)國家的崛起是全球經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)注焦點(diǎn),并成為國際金融海嘯爆發(fā)以來拉動(dòng)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇的主要?jiǎng)恿�。同時(shí)近年來出現(xiàn)的一些國際新形勢(shì)也正倒逼著國內(nèi)創(chuàng)新和改革,以適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展需要。例如美國主導(dǎo)跨太平洋伙伴關(guān)系協(xié)議以調(diào)整其在亞太地區(qū)的貿(mào)易戰(zhàn)略,稀釋中日話語權(quán),并促使制造業(yè)回巢。中國積極采取了一系列加大經(jīng)濟(jì)開放力度的舉措加以應(yīng)對(duì),如推進(jìn)自由貿(mào)
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, the rise of emerging market countries is the focus of global economic development, and has become the main driving force of global economic recovery since the outbreak of the international financial tsunami. At the same time, some new international situations in recent years are forcing domestic innovation and reform to meet the needs of economic development. For example, the United States led the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement to adjust its trade strategy in the Asia-Pacific region, dilute Sino-Japanese discourse, and bring manufacturing back to its nest. China has actively taken a series of measures to open up its economy, such as promoting free trade.
