【摘要】：正所謂戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期,通常是指內(nèi)部外部各種因素綜合作用形成的,能為國家經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展提供良好機(jī)會或條件,并對其歷史命運(yùn)產(chǎn)生全局性、長遠(yuǎn)性、決定性影響的某一特定歷史時(shí)期。思索戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期可以有不同角度,其中重要的一個角度是戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期的性質(zhì)。概括地講,戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期的產(chǎn)生要么是外生,要么是內(nèi)生。戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期的外生性是指,對一國而言,所有良好的社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展機(jī)會與條件外在于或獨(dú)立于該國的選擇或行為;換言之,對特定國家尤其是對絕大多數(shù)世界格局中的非系統(tǒng)重要性國家來說,它(們)能做的事情大多是被
