【摘要】：通過對地方官員晉升錦標賽進行建模,分析了各地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同的深層次原因。以經(jīng)濟績效為主要標準的地方官員晉升選拔機制,直接影響各個互為競爭地區(qū)的地方官員的產(chǎn)業(yè)投資策略選擇,進而導致區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同。模型結(jié)果顯示,當兩地區(qū)初始績效無差異時,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)必然趨同。當初始績效存在差異時,以兩地區(qū)高利潤產(chǎn)業(yè)績效之間相關(guān)系數(shù)的臨界值1/2為分界點:小于等于1/2時,區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)必然趨同;大于1/2時,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)是否趨同則受初始績效差異、高利潤產(chǎn)業(yè)期望績效與落后區(qū)域比較優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)績效差值以及兩區(qū)域選擇高利潤產(chǎn)業(yè)的績效相關(guān)系數(shù)三者間關(guān)系的影響。該相關(guān)系數(shù)可能代表著兩區(qū)域所投資的同一產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)不同產(chǎn)品間的替代或互補關(guān)系。不能僅因產(chǎn)業(yè)投資方向上的趨同就認為產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)存在嚴重趨同,還需要對產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)是否趨同進行分析研判。
[Abstract]:By modeling the promotion championship of local officials, the paper analyzes the deep reasons for the convergence of industrial structure in different regions. The promotion and selection mechanism of local officials based on economic performance has a direct impact on the choice of industrial investment strategies of local officials in competing regions and leads to the convergence of regional industrial structure. The results show that the industrial structure will converge when there is no difference in the initial performance between the two regions. When the initial performance is different, take the critical value of correlation coefficient between the two regions as the dividing point: when less than 1 / 2, the regional industrial structure is bound to converge; When the ratio is greater than 1 / 2, the convergence of industrial structure is affected by the difference of initial performance, the difference between the expected performance of high-profit industry and the industrial performance of comparative advantage in backward regions, and the correlation coefficient of performance between the two regions in choosing high-profit industries. The correlation coefficient may represent the substitution or complementary relationship between different products in the same industry invested by the two regions. We should not think that there is a serious convergence of industrial structure just because of the convergence of industrial investment direction, but also need to analyze and judge whether the product structure is convergent or not.
