【摘要】：喀什作為中國第六個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū),具有獨(dú)特的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢。本文利用測度產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚程度和專業(yè)化程度的區(qū)位商模型、測度經(jīng)濟(jì)要素空間集聚流動(dòng)能力的城市流模型、測度對外經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系量及強(qiáng)度的引力模型、測度地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的歐氏距離模型,對喀什特區(qū)空間組織結(jié)構(gòu)及喀什特區(qū)與國內(nèi)外區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系方向和競爭合作關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。結(jié)果表明：①喀什特區(qū)整體上產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚能力較低,但大部分縣市都有自己的優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)；②喀什特區(qū)各縣市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不平衡、差距較大；③喀什特區(qū)對外貿(mào)易市場結(jié)構(gòu)和出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)有待優(yōu)化；④喀什特區(qū)與周邊8國的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系與地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系匹配狀態(tài)不理想；⑤喀什特區(qū)在國內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系重點(diǎn)主要集中在東部發(fā)達(dá)省市。 本文就實(shí)證分析結(jié)果提出以下提升喀什特區(qū)自身競爭力,優(yōu)化喀什特區(qū)與國內(nèi)外區(qū)域空間經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系和地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系匹配狀態(tài)的對策建議：①在喀什市建立信息資源中心；②各縣市分別開發(fā)重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)；③實(shí)施區(qū)域性中心縣市帶動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略；④改善喀什特區(qū)與周邊國家的貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu),將貿(mào)易重點(diǎn)由印度向其他國家轉(zhuǎn)移；⑤改善喀什特區(qū)出口商品結(jié)構(gòu),出口商品重點(diǎn)可以放在家電、小五金、家具等輕工產(chǎn)業(yè)；⑥確立喀什特區(qū)在國內(nèi)的重點(diǎn)聯(lián)系省市分別為北京、河北、山東、江蘇、上海、浙江、廣東；⑦依托重點(diǎn)經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系省市,與西部省市合作打造“西進(jìn)西出”戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:Kashi, as the sixth special economic zone in China, has a unique geographical advantage. This paper uses the location quotient model to measure the degree of industrial agglomeration and specialization, the urban flow model to measure the spatial agglomeration flow ability of economic elements, and the gravity model to measure the quantity and intensity of external economic connection. The Euclidean distance model is used to measure the geo-economic relationship, and an empirical analysis is made on the spatial organization structure of Kashgar Special Zone, the direction of economic relationship between Kashgar Special Zone and domestic and foreign regions and the relationship between competition and cooperation. The results show that: (1) the capacity of industrial agglomeration in Kashgar Special Zone is low, but most counties and cities have their own superior industries, 2 the economic development of each county and city in Kashgar Special Zone is unbalanced, and the gap is large. (3) the foreign trade market structure and export commodity structure of Kashgar Special Zone need to be optimized; Kashgar Special Zone in the domestic economic links are mainly concentrated in the eastern developed provinces and cities. Based on the results of empirical analysis, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions for enhancing the competitiveness of Kashgar Special Zone and optimizing the matching state between Kashgar Special Zone and its regional spatial economic relations and geo-economic relations at home and abroad: (1) to establish an information resource center in Kashgar; (2) each county and city separately develop key industries; (3) implement regional central county and city drive strategy; (4) improve the trade structure between Kashgar Special Zone and neighboring countries and shift the focus of trade from India to other countries; (5) improve the export commodity structure of Kashi Special Zone, and focus on the light industry such as household appliances, hardware, furniture and so on; (6) establishing that the key provinces and cities of Kashgar Special Zone in China are Beijing, Hebei, Shandong, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang and Guangdong respectively;
