【摘要】：金融是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心，金融發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的關(guān)系一直是經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究的重要領(lǐng)域之一。經(jīng)濟(jì)增長不僅表現(xiàn)為經(jīng)濟(jì)總量的增長，還體現(xiàn)在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的合理化和高級(jí)化。同時(shí)，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)水平的高低也是決定經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的一個(gè)重要因素。研究表明，金融發(fā)展通過作用于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)的內(nèi)在機(jī)制對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整產(chǎn)生重要影響。在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和優(yōu)化過程中，無論是優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，還是劣勢產(chǎn)業(yè)的退出，，金融都發(fā)揮了極其重要的作用。 近年來，安徽省正處在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)是安徽省經(jīng)濟(jì)保持持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要因素，也是轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的重要環(huán)節(jié)。本文主要問題就是研究安徽省金融發(fā)展與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)之間的關(guān)系，分析了在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整過程中，如何更好發(fā)揮金融的支持作用。 本文理論分析了金融對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的影響作用機(jī)制，分別從商業(yè)銀行、證券市場、政策性金融等方面闡述對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的作用機(jī)制，接著對安徽省金融發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了說明。在理論研究基礎(chǔ)上，通過對安徽省金融發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整之間的實(shí)證分析，研究得出，安徽省金融發(fā)展對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整起到了一定促進(jìn)作用。但是，金融發(fā)展的促進(jìn)作用還有待于進(jìn)一步提高，金融還沒充分發(fā)揮其對資源優(yōu)化配置的作用。最后，結(jié)合實(shí)際情況，提出了安徽省金融發(fā)展在促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整中的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Finance is the core of modern economy, and the relationship between financial development and economic growth has always been one of the important fields of economic research. Economic growth is not only the growth of economic aggregate, but also the rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure. At the same time, the level of industrial structure is also an important factor determining the level of economic development. The research shows that financial development has an important influence on the adjustment of industrial structure through the internal mechanism acting on the change of industrial structure. In the process of industrial structure adjustment and optimization, finance plays an extremely important role in both the development of superior industries and the withdrawal of inferior industries. In recent years, Anhui Province is in the key period of economic development. Adjusting the industrial structure and promoting industrial upgrading are the important factors to maintain the sustained development of Anhui economy, and also an important link to change the mode of economic development. The main problem of this paper is to study the relationship between financial development and industrial structure in Anhui Province, and analyze how to better play the supporting role of finance in the process of industrial structure adjustment. This paper theoretically analyzes the influence mechanism of finance on the adjustment of industrial structure, respectively from the aspects of commercial banks, securities markets, policy-oriented finance, and so on. Then the financial development and industrial structure of Anhui Province are described. On the basis of theoretical research, through the empirical analysis between the financial development of Anhui Province and the adjustment of industrial structure, it is concluded that the financial development of Anhui Province has played a certain role in promoting the adjustment of industrial structure. However, the promoting role of financial development needs to be further improved, and the role of finance in optimizing the allocation of resources has not been fully brought into play. Finally, according to the actual situation, the paper puts forward the policy suggestions of Anhui financial development in promoting the adjustment of industrial structure.
