【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，國(guó)際貿(mào)易逐漸繁榮，國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)開(kāi)始在世界范圍內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)移，產(chǎn)業(yè)開(kāi)始向港口聚集，現(xiàn)代港口成為了產(chǎn)業(yè)及經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的重要部分。港口與城市形成的港城系統(tǒng)間存在正負(fù)兩種作用力，因此處理好港口與所在城市的關(guān)系日益被人們所重視。本文的研究力在尋求改善青島市港城系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的機(jī)會(huì)和途徑，為港口城市如何實(shí)現(xiàn)港城系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展提供理論指導(dǎo)和決策支持。 首先，本文綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者在港口與城市關(guān)系定性研究、港口與城市關(guān)系的定量研究及系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)三個(gè)方面的研究現(xiàn)狀。在此基礎(chǔ)上，本文闡述了相關(guān)港城系統(tǒng)理論。概述了港城系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)涵和特征，，并闡述了港城互動(dòng)發(fā)展的演變階段。其次，考察了青島市港城系統(tǒng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，對(duì)港城系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了劃分，進(jìn)而選取可操作的性能指標(biāo)建立了適合當(dāng)?shù)貙?shí)際情況的港城系統(tǒng)綜合性能指標(biāo)體系；然后，運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的方法，建立了青島市港城系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真模型，并針對(duì)此模型采取了兩種不同的政策方案進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)仿真模擬試驗(yàn)。在不同方案的仿真模擬運(yùn)行下，本文針對(duì)青島市港城系統(tǒng)中主要存在的不同變量進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)的綜合對(duì)比分析，得出了在限定條件下能推動(dòng)港城系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的較好方案。最后，根據(jù)模型結(jié)果和青島市港城系統(tǒng)實(shí)際發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，本文主要從增大交通運(yùn)輸投資，完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、建設(shè)以港口為依托的臨港工業(yè)體系、調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，發(fā)展現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)、擴(kuò)大港口腹地輻射區(qū)域、優(yōu)化港口資源，提高使用效率等五個(gè)方面入手，提出了能促進(jìn)青島市港城系統(tǒng)更加協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:With the development trend of the world economy of economic globalization, the international trade is flourishing gradually, the international industry begins to transfer in the world scope, the industry begins to gather to the port, the modern port has become the important part of the industry and the economic development. There are positive and negative forces between port and city system, so people pay more and more attention to the relationship between port and city. The research power of this paper is to seek the opportunity and the way to improve the operation of the port city system in Qingdao, and to provide theoretical guidance and decision support for how to realize the coordinated development of the port city system in the port city. First of all, this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars' qualitative research on the relationship between port and city, the quantitative study on the relationship between port and city, and the research status of system dynamics. On this basis, this article elaborated the related port city system theory. This paper summarizes the connotation and characteristics of the port-city system, and expounds the evolution stage of the interaction between the port and the city. Secondly, the development status of Qingdao port and city system is investigated, and each subsystem of port city system is divided, and then the comprehensive performance index system of port and city system is established according to the actual situation of the port and city system by selecting the operable performance index. Then, the simulation model of Qingdao port city system dynamics is established by using the method of system dynamics, and two different policy schemes are adopted to carry out dynamic simulation experiments. Based on the simulation and simulation of different schemes, this paper makes a comprehensive comparison and analysis of the main variables in Qingdao Port City system, and obtains a better scheme to promote the coordinated development of Port and City system under limited conditions. Finally, according to the results of the model and the actual development situation of Qingdao Port City system, this paper mainly from the increase of transportation investment, improve infrastructure, build a port based port industrial system, adjust the industrial structure, develop modern service industry. Five aspects, such as expanding radiation region of port hinterland, optimizing port resources and improving utilization efficiency, are discussed. Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the coordinated development of Qingdao Port City system.
