【摘要】：我國經(jīng)濟進入中高速增長新常態(tài),標(biāo)志著經(jīng)濟增長發(fā)生階段性變化。經(jīng)濟進入新常態(tài),從表象上看是經(jīng)濟增速減速換擋,但本質(zhì)上還是經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)重構(gòu)和增長動力重塑的過程。宏觀調(diào)控要保持定力,主動作為,創(chuàng)新調(diào)控思路和方式,努力保持中高速增長。要從主要依靠生產(chǎn)能力的規(guī)模擴張,轉(zhuǎn)向提升產(chǎn)業(yè)價值鏈和產(chǎn)品附加值,培育創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展的新動力,在中高速增長階段推動經(jīng)濟向中高端水平躍升。
[Abstract]:China's economy has entered the new normal of high-speed growth, which marks the stage change of economic growth. When economy enters the new normal, it is seen from the appearance that the economic growth rate decelerates and changes gears, but in essence it is the process of restructuring the economic structure and reconstructing the growth motive force. Macro-control should keep a firm force, take the initiative, innovate the way of regulation and control, and strive to maintain medium-high-speed growth. It is necessary to shift from the expansion of production capacity to the promotion of industrial value chain and added value of products, to cultivate the new impetus of innovation driving development, and to promote the economy to rise to the middle and high level at the middle and high speed growth stage.
