【摘要】：走可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路離不開經(jīng)濟(jì)與環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。如何在保持經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展的同時(shí),實(shí)現(xiàn)生態(tài)環(huán)境的保護(hù),已經(jīng)成為世界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。青島作為山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的龍頭,在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的同時(shí)不可避免地帶來了大量環(huán)境問題,經(jīng)濟(jì)與環(huán)境不協(xié)調(diào)狀況日益突顯。因此,在藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)背景下,研究青島市經(jīng)濟(jì)與環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,對(duì)青島市打造藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì),走可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路具有必要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文從分析青島市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展特點(diǎn)與環(huán)境質(zhì)量特征入手,選取青島市2001年至2011年間經(jīng)濟(jì)與環(huán)境相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),借助SPSS16軟件,研究藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下青島市經(jīng)濟(jì)與環(huán)境間的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展情況,結(jié)合主成分分析法構(gòu)建青島市經(jīng)濟(jì)與環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展指標(biāo)體系和評(píng)價(jià)模型,從而對(duì)青島市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平及環(huán)境質(zhì)量水平作出評(píng)價(jià),并針對(duì)研究結(jié)果構(gòu)建出藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)下的青島市經(jīng)濟(jì)與環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展模式,并據(jù)此給出相應(yīng)措施,旨在提升青島的經(jīng)濟(jì)與環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展程度,加快其藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The road of sustainable development can not be separated from the coordinated development of economy and environment. How to protect the ecological environment while maintaining the rapid economic development has become the focus of the world. Qingdao, as the leader of the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula, inevitably brings a lot of environmental problems at the same time of economic development, and the disharmony between economy and environment is becoming more and more prominent. Therefore, under the background of blue economy construction, it is necessary to study the coordinated development of economy and environment in Qingdao, which is necessary for Qingdao to build blue economy and take the road of sustainable development. Starting with the analysis of the characteristics of economic development and environmental quality in Qingdao, this paper selects the economic and environmental data of Qingdao from 2001 to 2011, and studies the coordinated development between economy and environment in Qingdao under the background of blue economy with the help of SPSS16 software. Combining the principal component analysis method, the index system and evaluation model of the coordinated development of economy and environment in Qingdao are constructed, so as to evaluate the level of economic development and environmental quality of Qingdao. In the light of the research results, the coordinated development model of Qingdao's economy and environment under the construction of blue economy is constructed, and the corresponding measures are given in order to promote the coordinated development of Qingdao's economy and environment and accelerate the construction of Qingdao's blue economic zone.
