【摘要】：冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后，中亞地緣政治及其在世界能源中的重要位置，使得其成為大國(guó)的必爭(zhēng)之地。各種國(guó)際力量相繼進(jìn)入中亞，俄羅斯一直在中亞占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位，美國(guó)的影響力從“9.11”事件以來(lái)飛速上升，中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)影響力逐漸增強(qiáng)，漸漸形成中美俄三國(guó)博弈的格局。2013年習(xí)近平主席提出建設(shè)“絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶”，并將其作為國(guó)家復(fù)興的大戰(zhàn)略，引起了國(guó)內(nèi)外各界廣泛關(guān)注。中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)帶到底如何建設(shè)？經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的建設(shè)是否會(huì)引起在中亞大國(guó)力量的排擠？如何協(xié)調(diào)大國(guó)力量使得經(jīng)濟(jì)帶得以順利建設(shè)？這些都是本文嘗試解決的問(wèn)題。 本文從地緣政治視角對(duì)上述問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析。首先對(duì)“絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶”的概念與內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行界定，主要分析中國(guó)建設(shè)“絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶”的目標(biāo)以及不利因素，然后重點(diǎn)論述主要大國(guó)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)及其博弈過(guò)程，最后對(duì)中國(guó)建設(shè)絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的戰(zhàn)略選擇提出政策建議。
[Abstract]:After the Cold War, the geopolitics of Central Asia and its important position in the world energy make it a necessary place for great powers. Various international forces have entered Central Asia one after another. Russia has always occupied a dominant position in Central Asia. The influence of the United States has risen rapidly since the "9 / 11" incident, and China's economic influence has gradually increased. In 2013, President Xi Jinping proposed the construction of "Silk Road Economic Belt" as a major strategy for national rejuvenation, which has attracted widespread attention both at home and abroad. How to build China's Economic Belt? Will the construction of the economic belt cause the exclusion of the great powers in Central Asia? How to coordinate the great powers to make the economic belt build smoothly? These are the problems this paper tries to solve. This paper analyzes these problems from the perspective of geopolitics. Firstly, the concept and connotation of "Silk Road Economic Belt" are defined, the aim and unfavorable factors of China's construction of "Silk Road Economic Belt" are analyzed, and then the strategic objectives of major powers and their game process are discussed emphatically. Finally, the strategic choice of constructing the Silk Road Economic Belt in China is put forward.
