【摘要】：高校因其自身具有培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀科技人才,創(chuàng)新科學(xué)技術(shù)以及為社會(huì)服務(wù)的功能和優(yōu)勢(shì),在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展中扮演著越來越重要的角色。當(dāng)今社會(huì)的發(fā)展不僅僅是經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,還有人文、科學(xué)、教育的發(fā)展。高等教育的最終目標(biāo)就是為社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)提供高科技人才和技術(shù)等方面的支持。地方高校的發(fā)展與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展是相輔相成、不可分割的,以服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展為目標(biāo)的辦學(xué)逐漸受到政府的高度重視,并使得高校、政府、企業(yè)互相依托,成為有機(jī)的整體,同時(shí)也成為地方高校發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。地方高校只有將理論型的科學(xué)研究轉(zhuǎn)化為實(shí)際的生產(chǎn)力,才能夠全方位、多形式、寬領(lǐng)域的為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展做出突出的貢獻(xiàn),才能夠真正體現(xiàn)出高校推動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)之處。高�？梢酝ㄟ^不斷的改革和探索,明確自身的辦學(xué)定位,明確培養(yǎng)人才的方向,合理調(diào)整專業(yè)設(shè)置,真正適應(yīng)社會(huì)需求,從而為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和社會(huì)發(fā)展服務(wù)。 山西是一個(gè)正處在轉(zhuǎn)型跨越發(fā)展階段中的資源大省,更需要在人才、知識(shí)、科技和創(chuàng)造力等方面得到大力的支持,這種支持在很大程度上要依靠高校。但是,大學(xué)生就業(yè)率低、企業(yè)招人困難、高�？蒲谐晒D(zhuǎn)化率低、社會(huì)管理效率偏低、企業(yè)在科技創(chuàng)新上動(dòng)力不足以及文化思想較保守等原因,導(dǎo)致現(xiàn)代意識(shí)的欠缺,這些因素都阻礙了山西經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的前進(jìn)步伐。造成這些問題的根本原因是什么?山西高校究竟在服務(wù)山西經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中遇到了哪些瓶頸?又該如何去克服?本文之初衷即是帶著這樣的問題,通過分析山西省內(nèi)的一些高校,對(duì)于它們服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的理念和實(shí)踐,來認(rèn)識(shí)山西高校在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中存在的一些弊端,并從符合山西經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展需要的角度,客觀地提出相應(yīng)的具體對(duì)策和建議,力求為山西高校服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展提供理論支持和實(shí)踐引導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities play a more and more important role in regional economic and social development because of their own functions and advantages of cultivating outstanding scientific and technological talents, innovating science and technology and serving society. The development of today's society is not only the development of economy, but also the development of humanities, science and education. The ultimate goal of higher education is to provide high-tech talents and technical support for socialist modernization. The development of local colleges and universities and the development of regional economy and society are complementary and inseparable. The school running which aims to serve the development of regional economy and society is gradually attached great importance by the government, and makes universities, governments and enterprises rely on each other. Become an organic whole, but also become the inevitable trend of the development of local colleges and universities. Only by transforming theoretical scientific research into actual productivity can local colleges and universities make outstanding contributions to regional economic and social development in all directions, in many forms and in a wide range of fields. Only then can the university truly manifests the superiority which the university promotes the regional economic and social development. Through continuous reform and exploration, colleges and universities can define their own orientation of running a school, make clear the direction of training talents, adjust the professional setting reasonably, and truly adapt to the social needs, thus serving the regional economic construction and social development. Shanxi is a big resource province in the stage of transition and leapfrogging development. It needs the support of talents, knowledge, science and technology and creativity, which depends on the universities to a great extent. However, the low employment rate of college students, the difficulty of recruiting people, the low conversion rate of scientific research achievements in colleges and universities, the low efficiency of social management, the lack of motive force in scientific and technological innovation of enterprises and the conservative cultural thoughts lead to the lack of modern consciousness. These factors have hindered the progress of Shanxi's economic and social development. What are the root causes of these problems? What bottlenecks have colleges and universities encountered in serving the economic and social development of Shanxi? And how to overcome it? The original intention of this paper is to take such a problem, through the analysis of some colleges and universities in Shanxi Province, for their concept and practice of serving the economic and social development, to understand the existence of some drawbacks in the economic and social development of Shanxi colleges and universities. From the point of view of meeting the needs of Shanxi's economic and social development, this paper objectively puts forward the corresponding concrete countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for Shanxi's colleges and universities to serve the economic and social development.
