【摘要】：文章選取2001~2012年的相關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒面板數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用實(shí)證分析方法,探討了經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)狀況、工會(huì)組建情況等宏觀因素對(duì)我國(guó)集體勞動(dòng)關(guān)系的影響。研究表明經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模、勞動(dòng)力受教育程度的增加會(huì)導(dǎo)致集體勞動(dòng)關(guān)系趨于緩和,集體爭(zhēng)議案件發(fā)生頻率的減少,城鎮(zhèn)化、失業(yè)率的增加會(huì)導(dǎo)致集體勞動(dòng)關(guān)系緊張,增加集體勞動(dòng)爭(zhēng)議案件的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of the relevant statistical yearbooks from 2001 to 2012, this paper discusses the influence of macro factors, such as the level of economic development, the situation of labor market and the formation of trade unions, on the collective labor relations in China by using the empirical analysis method. The research shows that the increase of economic scale and the education level of labor force will lead to the relaxation of collective labor relations, the decrease of the frequency of collective dispute cases, the increase of urbanization and unemployment rate will lead to the tension of collective labor relations. Increase the occurrence of collective labor dispute cases.
