【摘要】：現(xiàn)在經(jīng)濟增長的本質(zhì)要求是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整與優(yōu)化。近年來，國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對經(jīng)濟增長中的結(jié)構(gòu)化因素非常重視。根據(jù)他們的研究成果，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演化與經(jīng)濟增長之間是相互作用、互為影響的關(guān)系。產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化對經(jīng)濟增長具有促進作用，而經(jīng)濟增長也會影響產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化。歐美及日本等國家的歷史經(jīng)驗已經(jīng)證明，誰能抓住產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化這一關(guān)鍵問題，誰能正確處理好產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化與經(jīng)濟增長的關(guān)系，誰就有可能在世界激烈的經(jīng)濟競爭中處于領(lǐng)先地位。因此，，對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化與經(jīng)濟增長關(guān)系的研究就變得很有必要而且有意義。作為西北地區(qū)的重要省份之一，甘肅省在拉動西北地區(qū)經(jīng)濟增長的過程中具有重要地位。所以，探討甘肅省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化與經(jīng)濟增長的關(guān)系具有十分重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。 本文在借鑒前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化與經(jīng)濟增長的關(guān)系進行了理論分析，然后計算了甘肅省的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)偏離度和比較勞動生產(chǎn)率，通過它們對甘肅省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化與經(jīng)濟增長的關(guān)系進行了均衡分析，最后通過計量模型進一步驗證了甘肅省甘肅省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化與經(jīng)濟增長的關(guān)系。通過以上研究，力求能為推動甘肅省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和經(jīng)濟的跨越式發(fā)展提供一些政策建議。 通過實證分析，本文得出的結(jié)論是：從格蘭杰因果關(guān)系分析，第一，甘肅省的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化促進了經(jīng)濟增長；第二，甘肅省的經(jīng)濟增長推動了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的高度化。從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的偏離度看，伴隨著經(jīng)濟增長，甘肅省的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化成績與問題并存；從三次產(chǎn)業(yè)的比較勞動生產(chǎn)率分析，甘肅省經(jīng)濟增長與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化在變動趨勢上表現(xiàn)出同向的變動關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Now the essential requirement of economic growth is the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure. In recent years, scholars at home and abroad attach great importance to the structural factors in economic growth. According to their research results, the relationship between industrial structure evolution and economic growth is interactive. The optimization of industrial structure can promote economic growth, and economic growth will also affect the optimization of industrial structure. The historical experience of Europe, America and Japan has proved that who can grasp the key issue of industrial structure optimization, who can correctly handle the relationship between industrial structure optimization and economic growth, Whoever is likely to take the lead in the fierce economic competition in the world. Therefore, it is necessary and meaningful to study the relationship between industrial structure optimization and economic growth. As one of the most important provinces in Northwest China, Gansu Province plays an important role in the process of economic growth. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the relationship between industrial structure optimization and economic growth in Gansu Province. Based on the previous research results, this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the relationship between industrial structure optimization and economic growth, and then calculates the degree of deviation of industrial structure and comparative labor productivity in Gansu Province. Through them, the relationship between industrial structure optimization and economic growth in Gansu Province is analyzed in equilibrium. Finally, the relationship between industrial structure optimization and economic growth in Gansu Province is further verified by econometric model. Through the above research, we try to provide some policy suggestions for promoting the optimization of industrial structure and the leap-forward development of economy in Gansu Province. Through empirical analysis, this paper draws the following conclusions: first, the optimization of industrial structure in Gansu Province promotes economic growth; second, the economic growth of Gansu Province promotes the upgrading of industrial structure. From the deviation degree of industrial structure, along with the economic growth, Gansu province's industrial structure optimization achievements and problems coexist; From the comparative labor productivity analysis of three industries, the economic growth and industrial structure optimization of Gansu Province show a codirectional change relationship in the changing trend.
