中部地區(qū)承接?xùn)|部產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇研究

【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移是當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的大趨勢。伴隨著全球金融危機(jī)以及國內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的不斷變化，我國東部沿海加速了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和升級轉(zhuǎn)型的腳步，產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和資本流動十分活躍。我國推行了西部大開發(fā)以及振興老東北工業(yè)基地的政策來減緩區(qū)域之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差距。2006年中部崛起政策開始實施，至此我國就開啟了從沿海到內(nèi)陸，非均衡到均衡發(fā)展的變革之路。 現(xiàn)如今，在“中部崛起”引領(lǐng)下，中部地區(qū)利用自身基礎(chǔ)和條件積極承接沿海產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移，各省經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會發(fā)展已取得重大成就，面貌發(fā)生歷史性變化。中部崛起已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了第七個年頭，中部六省已經(jīng)為加速崛起打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。但是中部六省在區(qū)位、資源、文化、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等方面各有不同，所以中部地區(qū)必須因地制宜，，根據(jù)自身現(xiàn)有基礎(chǔ)以及資源條件，對承接產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行合理的規(guī)劃，有序的布局，這樣才能做到“有序承接”。 本文在國家對中部地區(qū)實行政策鼓勵，以及經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的大背景下，借鑒國內(nèi)外關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)的理論，在國內(nèi)外專家學(xué)者研究的基礎(chǔ)上，并且結(jié)合中部地區(qū)承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了研究。首先，對產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的概念進(jìn)行了界定，并且回顧了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇的研究；其次分析各指標(biāo)選取的依據(jù)和原則，構(gòu)建產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇的Weaver-Thomas模型，通過對中部地區(qū)進(jìn)行模型分析，進(jìn)而得出中部地區(qū)承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇結(jié)果；接著將中部地區(qū)自身客觀條件以及模型結(jié)果與現(xiàn)已承接產(chǎn)業(yè)對比，得出適宜中部地區(qū)承接產(chǎn)業(yè)并給予相應(yīng)的對策分析最終得出結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Industrial transfer is the major trend of economic development in the world today. With the global financial crisis and the constant changes of economic environment at home and abroad, the eastern coast of China has accelerated the pace of industrial structure adjustment and upgrading, industrial transfer and capital flow is very active. China has implemented the policy of developing the western region and revitalizing the old northeast industrial base to slow down the economic development gap between the regions. In 2006, the policy of the rise of the central region began to be implemented, so that our country has opened the door from the coast to the interior. The road to change from disequilibrium to balanced development. Nowadays, under the guidance of "the rise of the central region", the central region has taken advantage of its own foundation and conditions to actively undertake the transfer of coastal industries, and major achievements have been made in the economic and social development of the provinces, and historical changes have taken place in the face. The rise of the central region has entered its seventh year, and six central provinces have laid a good foundation for accelerating the rise. However, the six central provinces are different in terms of location, resources, culture, economic development, etc. Therefore, the central region must take measures according to local conditions, according to its existing foundation and resource conditions, to carry out reasonable planning and orderly layout of the undertaking industry. Only in this way can we carry on in an orderly manner. Under the background of national policy encouragement to the central region and economic globalization, this paper draws lessons from the theory of industrial transfer at home and abroad, on the basis of the research of experts and scholars at home and abroad. And combined with the central region to undertake industrial transfer of the status quo is studied. First of all, the concept of industrial transfer is defined, and domestic and foreign scholars' research on industrial transfer and industrial choice is reviewed. Secondly, it analyzes the basis and principle of the selection of each index, constructs the Weaver-Thomas model of the industrial choice of the industrial transfer, through the analysis of the model of the central region, and then obtains the result of the industrial selection of the central region to undertake the industrial transfer; Then the objective conditions and model results of the central region are compared with the existing undertaking industry, and the conclusion is finally drawn by the analysis of the corresponding countermeasures and the suitable undertaking industry in the central region.
