【摘要】：本文通過(guò)在內(nèi)生死亡率世代交疊模型中引入環(huán)境污染對(duì)生存概率的影響,建立了污染及污染治理和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間的關(guān)系,討論了政府污染治理的條件和政府污染治理投入在總稅收中的最優(yōu)比例。研究表明,政府污染治理投入存在閾值條件;當(dāng)閾值條件滿足時(shí),存在使社會(huì)總產(chǎn)出水平最高的政府最優(yōu)污染治理投入比例。本文引用實(shí)際參數(shù)對(duì)理論結(jié)果進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬,確定的政府最優(yōu)污染治理投入比例能夠較好地解釋中國(guó)污染治理投入現(xiàn)狀。
[Abstract]:By introducing the influence of environmental pollution on survival probability in the overlapping model of endogenetic mortality, the relationship between pollution and pollution control and economic growth is established in this paper. This paper discusses the conditions of government pollution control and the optimal proportion of government pollution control investment in total tax revenue. The research shows that there are threshold conditions in the government pollution control input, and when the threshold condition is satisfied, there is the optimal proportion of the government pollution control input which makes the total social output level the highest. In this paper, the theoretical results are numerically simulated by using practical parameters, and the proportion of the government's optimal investment in pollution control can explain the present situation of pollution control investment in China.
