【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈治理是產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈升級(jí)的重要內(nèi)容,尤其是技術(shù)主導(dǎo)型產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈治理是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程。首先分析了技術(shù)主導(dǎo)型產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈治理現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)技術(shù)主導(dǎo)型產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈創(chuàng)新能力不強(qiáng)、知識(shí)共享和人際信任不充分、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合能力弱等因素導(dǎo)致技術(shù)主導(dǎo)型產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈難以提高技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力和國際競(jìng)爭力;其次探討了技術(shù)主導(dǎo)型產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈3種典型的組織形態(tài),并分析了技術(shù)主導(dǎo)型產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈主要有模塊化、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)型和科層式3種治理模式;針對(duì)技術(shù)主導(dǎo)型產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈治理困境,提出建立技術(shù)主導(dǎo)型產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈知識(shí)共享、人際信任與制度信任等機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Industrial chain governance is an important part of industrial chain upgrading, especially technology-oriented industrial chain governance is a complex system engineering. First of all, it analyzes the current situation of the governance of the technology-led industrial chain, and finds that the technology-led industrial chain is not strong in innovation ability, knowledge sharing and interpersonal trust is not sufficient. The weak integration ability of the industrial chain leads to the difficulty of improving the technological innovation ability and the international competitiveness of the technology-led industrial chain. Secondly, the paper discusses three typical organizational forms of the technology-led industrial chain. The paper also analyzes three kinds of governance modes of technology-led industry chain, namely modularization, leader-oriented and sector-level, and puts forward the establishment of knowledge sharing in technology-dominated industrial chain, aiming at the governance dilemma of technology-led industrial chain. Interpersonal trust and institutional trust and other mechanisms.
