【摘要】：改革開放30多年以來,隨著社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的逐步建立和完善,我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)取得了重大成就,居民的生活水平有了顯著的提高。但是與此同時(shí),居民收入差距擴(kuò)大和貧富懸殊等社會(huì)不公平問題日益突出。社會(huì)不公往往是由社會(huì)財(cái)富和權(quán)力分配不均造成的。收入差距擴(kuò)大和貧富懸殊只是社會(huì)不公的表象,社會(huì)不公背后真正的原因是資源分配不公。資源是人們賴以生存和發(fā)展的物質(zhì)資料,資源占有的多少?zèng)Q定了人們收入的高低和財(cái)富的多少。社會(huì)公平不僅是社會(huì)主義的本質(zhì)要求,也是構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的核心價(jià)值目標(biāo)。本文從社會(huì)公平的角度來分析當(dāng)前我國(guó)資源分配的現(xiàn)狀及其影響。目前我國(guó)社會(huì)資源主要表現(xiàn)為政治資源的分配還需要進(jìn)一步完善,經(jīng)濟(jì)資源、教育資源分配不均衡。這種狀況對(duì)社會(huì)公平產(chǎn)生了巨大的消極影響。本文認(rèn)為,解決公平分配問題的立足點(diǎn)是制度建設(shè),應(yīng)同時(shí)從分配制度、社會(huì)保障制度、法規(guī)制度三方面著手,并指出弱勢(shì)補(bǔ)償是維護(hù)社會(huì)公平的重點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, with the gradual establishment and perfection of the socialist market economy, the economic construction of our country has made great achievements, and the living standard of the residents has been greatly improved. But at the same time, the widening income gap and the disparity between the rich and the poor and other social inequities are increasingly prominent. Social injustice is often caused by unequal distribution of social wealth and power. The widening of the income gap and the disparity between the rich and the poor are just signs of social injustice. The real reason behind the social injustice is the unfair distribution of resources. The resource is the material which people depend on for survival and development. The amount of resource possession determines the income and wealth of people. Social fairness is not only the essential requirement of socialism, but also the core value goal of constructing socialist harmonious society. This paper analyzes the current situation and influence of resource allocation in China from the angle of social equity. At present, the distribution of social resources in China needs to be further improved, and the distribution of economic resources and educational resources is not balanced. This situation has a huge negative impact on social equity. This paper holds that the foothold of solving the problem of fair distribution is the construction of system, which should be started from three aspects of distribution system, social security system and legal system at the same time, and points out that the vulnerable compensation is the key point of maintaining social fairness.
