【摘要】：自我國改革開放,實行市場經(jīng)濟體制以來,曾經(jīng)出現(xiàn)過多次比較明顯的"米德沖突",即無法通過單一的宏觀經(jīng)濟政策來實現(xiàn)內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟的雙均衡。加之,由于我國的內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟失衡是由多種因素所導(dǎo)致的,而支出調(diào)整型政策又受到原有經(jīng)濟體制改革等遺留問題的束縛。因此,傳統(tǒng)、單一的經(jīng)濟政策已無法適合應(yīng)對我國經(jīng)濟中的"米德沖突"。本文從我國出現(xiàn)過的幾次較為明顯的內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟雙失衡出發(fā),為應(yīng)如何將多種政策相綜合,多管齊下,來應(yīng)對中國經(jīng)濟中的"米德沖突"提出了幾點建議。
[Abstract]:Since China's reform and opening up and the implementation of the market economy system, there have been many obvious "Meade conflicts", that is, it is impossible to achieve the double equilibrium of internal and external economy through a single macroeconomic policy. In addition, the imbalance of internal and external economy in China is caused by many factors, and the policy of expenditure adjustment is constrained by the problems left over by the reform of the original economic system. Therefore, the tradition, the single economic policy has been unable to deal with our country economy "Meade conflict". Starting from several obvious internal and external economic imbalances in China, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to integrate various policies and deal with the "Meade conflict" in China's economy.
