【摘要】：兩江新區(qū)是我國第三個國家級新區(qū)，是國家全面落實“314”總體部署的重要戰(zhàn)略舉措，也是應(yīng)對國際金融危機、落實區(qū)域發(fā)展總體戰(zhàn)略的重要措施，，肩負著促進西部大開發(fā)、探索改革發(fā)展新模式和統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)綜合改革的重任。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群則是經(jīng)濟效率的源泉，是推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵動力。所以，為促進兩江新區(qū)的迅速崛起，有必要從產(chǎn)業(yè)集群動力機制的角度對兩江新區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟作出具體分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)集群產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟存在的不足之處，并提出針對性的政策建議。 本文首先從兩江新區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的現(xiàn)狀入手，結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)集群及集群動力機制的理論知識，對新區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的現(xiàn)狀、集群模式和特點作出具體分析，采用區(qū)位商系數(shù)法對新區(qū)集群度進行計算，并將兩江新區(qū)與浦東新區(qū)、濱海新區(qū)進行了比較分析；其次，在確定新區(qū)動力因素的前提下，采用SPSS分析軟件，運用因子分析方法對動力因素進行分析。同時，具體分析每個動力因素的作用及部分作用機理，結(jié)合系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)知識，構(gòu)建兩江新區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群動力機制模型；再次，本文運用模糊綜合評價法對集群的動力機制做出評價；最后，本文結(jié)合分析結(jié)論，重點提出了四點發(fā)展建議。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處有兩點：第一，采用問卷調(diào)查的方式，對目前兩江新區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群動力機制狀態(tài)做出了調(diào)查，使本文的研宄更貼合實際情況；第二，本文改進運用模糊綜合評價法對集群動力機制進行評價，使研宄結(jié)論更加充實。
[Abstract]:The Liangjiang New area is the third state-level new district in China. It is an important strategic measure for the country to fully implement the overall deployment of "314", as well as an important measure to deal with the international financial crisis and implement the overall strategy for regional development, and is shouldering the task of promoting the large-scale development of the western region. Explore the new model of reform and development and overall urban and rural comprehensive reform of the important task. Industrial cluster is the source of economic efficiency and the key power to promote regional economic development. Therefore, in order to promote the rapid rise of the Liangjiang New area, it is necessary to make a concrete analysis of the industrial economy of the Liangjiang New area from the angle of the dynamic mechanism of industrial cluster, find out the shortcomings of the cluster industrial economy, and put forward some targeted policy suggestions. This paper begins with the present situation of the industrial cluster in Liangjiang New area, combines the theoretical knowledge of the industrial cluster and the dynamic mechanism of the cluster, and makes a concrete analysis of the present situation, the mode and the characteristics of the industrial cluster in the new area. The cluster degree of the new area is calculated by using the location quotient coefficient method, and a comparative analysis is made between the Liangjiang New area and the Pudong New area and the Binhai New area. Secondly, under the premise of determining the dynamic factors of the new area, the SPSS analysis software is used. Factor analysis method is used to analyze dynamic factors. At the same time, specific analysis of the role of each dynamic factor and part of the mechanism of action, combined with the knowledge of system dynamics, build a dynamic mechanism model of the industrial cluster in Liangjiang New area. In this paper, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the dynamic mechanism of the cluster. Finally, combined with the conclusion of the analysis, the paper puts forward four suggestions for the development of the cluster. The innovation of this paper has two points: first, by means of questionnaire survey, the paper makes an investigation on the dynamic mechanism of industrial cluster in Liangjiang New District, which makes the research of this paper more suitable to the actual situation. In this paper, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the dynamic mechanism of cluster, which makes the conclusion more substantial.
