【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),非洲經(jīng)濟(jì)出現(xiàn)了一些新特點(diǎn),經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入快車道,而且形成整體發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),出現(xiàn)一批本土"新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體",非洲自身成為投資熱土。"聯(lián)合自強(qiáng)、自主發(fā)展"戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施、與世界新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體尤其是金磚國(guó)家的聯(lián)系加強(qiáng)、經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的較快推進(jìn)、國(guó)際市場(chǎng)原材料價(jià)格堅(jiān)挺、非洲人口紅利呈現(xiàn)和消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)擴(kuò)展等,是非洲經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的推動(dòng)因素。但是,非洲經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展還面臨一些困難,如局部地區(qū)和國(guó)家政局動(dòng)蕩,多數(shù)國(guó)家單一經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)沒(méi)有得到根本改造以及存在如何處理好經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與改善民生之間的復(fù)雜關(guān)系等問(wèn)題。綜合看來(lái),非洲經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中有利因素大于不利因素,其前景仍將向好。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, there are some new features of African economy. Economic development has entered a fast track, and the overall development trend has been formed. A number of indigenous "emerging economies" have emerged, and Africa itself has become a hot land for investment. " The implementation of the strategy of United self-improvement and independent development, the strengthening of ties with the world's emerging economies, especially the BRICS countries, the rapid advancement of economic integration, the firm prices of raw materials in the international market, the emergence of demographic dividends in Africa and the expansion of consumer markets, etc. It is the driving factor of rapid economic development in Africa. However, African economic development still faces some difficulties, such as the regional and national political instability, the fact that the single economic structure of most countries has not been fundamentally reformed, and how to deal with the complex relationship between economic development and improving people's livelihood. Overall, the favorable factors in Africa's economic development are greater than the unfavorable ones, and its prospects will continue to improve.
