【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展水平是衡量區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的重要標(biāo)志，二者之間的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展是促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的重要?jiǎng)恿Α＝?jīng)過多年的發(fā)展，安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展都取得了很大成績(jī)，但仍存在諸多問題，特別是城鎮(zhèn)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)總體上尚未實(shí)現(xiàn)良性互動(dòng)和協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，，從而制約了整個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。進(jìn)入“十二五”以后是安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展、加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的新時(shí)期，因此，如何在現(xiàn)有的基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)城鎮(zhèn)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展是安徽省經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展面臨的重大課題。 本文以系統(tǒng)耦合為研究視角，以區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、系統(tǒng)科學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科的理論為基礎(chǔ)，并運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)歸納法、計(jì)量分析等方法，對(duì)安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行分析。 首先，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行回顧，在此基礎(chǔ)上介紹了城鎮(zhèn)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)涵和研究理論基礎(chǔ)。 其次，對(duì)安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，并分析城鎮(zhèn)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展中存在的問題，同時(shí)根據(jù)錢納里模型揭示了安徽省的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展是滯后于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展水平的。 再次，揭示了城鎮(zhèn)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)相互作用的機(jī)理，并運(yùn)用VAR模型對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)之間相互作用的關(guān)系進(jìn)行衡量和評(píng)價(jià)，在此基礎(chǔ)上測(cè)算了城鎮(zhèn)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)綜合指數(shù)，并根據(jù)系統(tǒng)論原理運(yùn)用耦合協(xié)調(diào)度模型，分別從時(shí)間維度和空間維度對(duì)安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)的耦合協(xié)調(diào)度進(jìn)行測(cè)算并加以比較，力求準(zhǔn)確、全面的把握現(xiàn)階段安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。 最后，針對(duì)安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化滯后于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展的問題，提出了促進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展政策建議。
[Abstract]:Urbanization and the level of industrial structure development are important signs to measure the level of regional economic development, and the coordinated development between them is an important driving force to promote regional economic growth. After years of development, great achievements have been made in urbanization and industrial structure development in Anhui Province, but there are still many problems, especially urbanization and industrial structure as a whole have not yet achieved benign interaction and coordinated development. Thus restricting the whole economic and social sustainable and healthy development. After entering the 12th Five-Year Plan, it is a new period for the coordinated development of urbanization and industrial structure in Anhui Province and for speeding up the transformation of the mode of economic development. How to realize the coordinated development of urbanization and industrial structure on the existing basis is an important subject facing the economic and social development of Anhui Province. Based on the theories of regional economics, industrial economics, econometrics, systems science and so on, this paper uses the methods of literature induction and econometric analysis. This paper analyzes the coordinated development of urbanization and industrial structure in Anhui Province. Firstly, this paper reviews the research on urbanization and industrial structure at home and abroad, and then introduces the connotation and theoretical basis of urbanization and industrial structure. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of urbanization and industrial structure development in Anhui Province, and analyzes the problems existing in urbanization and industrial structure development. At the same time, it reveals that the urbanization of Anhui Province lags behind the level of industrial structure. Thirdly, it reveals the mechanism of the interaction between urbanization and industrial structure, and uses VAR model to measure and evaluate the relationship between urbanization and industry, and then calculates the comprehensive index of urbanization and industrial structure. According to the principle of system theory, this paper calculates and compares the coupling coordination degree of urbanization and industrial structure system in Anhui Province from time dimension and space dimension by using coupling coordination degree model. Fully grasp the current situation of coordinated development of urbanization and industrial structure in Anhui Province. Finally, aiming at the problem that the urbanization of Anhui province lags behind the development of industrial structure, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the coordinated development of urbanization and industrial structure.
