【摘要】：工業(yè)革命以來世界經(jīng)濟獲得前所未有的快速發(fā)展,但與此同時環(huán)境污染也日益嚴重。當前世界很多國家都意識到了發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟的重要性和緊迫性,低碳經(jīng)濟已經(jīng)成為各國重點發(fā)展的領域。丹麥高度重視發(fā)展新能源和低碳節(jié)能建筑;英國將發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟作為國家的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,發(fā)布了低碳經(jīng)濟的戰(zhàn)略藍圖;德國將低碳制造和新能源作為國家應對未來殘酷競爭的重要砝碼;日本擅長發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟,民眾環(huán)保意識強。這些國家為我們提供了發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟四個方面的重要啟示:完善立法保障、增強財稅支持、完善市場體系和發(fā)揮本國優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Since the Industrial Revolution, the world economy has achieved unprecedented rapid development, but at the same time environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious. At present, many countries in the world have realized the importance and urgency of developing low-carbon economy, which has become the key field of development. Denmark attaches great importance to the development of new energy and low-carbon energy-efficient buildings, Britain will develop a low-carbon economy as a national development strategy, the release of a low-carbon economy strategic blueprint; Germany regards low-carbon manufacturing and new energy as important weights for the country to cope with the cruel competition in the future. Japan is good at developing circular economy and its people have a strong sense of environmental protection. These countries provide us with four important implications for the development of low-carbon economy: perfect legislative protection, strengthen fiscal and tax support, perfect market system and give full play to their own advantages.
