【摘要】：城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距是發(fā)展中國家在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中的必然現(xiàn)象，然而過大的城鄉(xiāng)差距會(huì)對(duì)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康發(fā)展產(chǎn)生不利的影響。改革開放以來，石家莊市經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展，人均GDP快速增長，各個(gè)群體都獲得了國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)持續(xù)快速發(fā)展所帶來的實(shí)惠，生活水平顯著提高。但由于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不平衡、社會(huì)分配不公等因素，在居民收入持續(xù)增長的同時(shí)，石家莊市城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距也呈擴(kuò)大態(tài)勢，在我國省會(huì)城市中的差距也相對(duì)較大，成為當(dāng)前各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和百姓關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)問題。因此如何提高石家莊市農(nóng)村居民收入，縮小城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距，統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展顯得尤為重要。本文通過對(duì)石家莊市歷年城鄉(xiāng)差距變化數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理計(jì)算，并與河北省、全國以及其他省會(huì)城市城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距狀況進(jìn)行對(duì)比，展現(xiàn)出石家莊市城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距的狀況。采用建立計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)模型進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)測以及影響因素分析的方法，分析城鄉(xiāng)差距的成因，針對(duì)石家莊狀況，，提出縮小城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The income gap between urban and rural residents is an inevitable phenomenon in the process of economic development in developing countries. However, excessive gap between urban and rural areas will have a negative impact on the healthy development of the national economy. Since the reform and opening up, the economy of Shijiazhuang City has developed rapidly, and the per capita GDP has increased rapidly. All groups have obtained the benefits brought by the sustained and rapid development of the national economy and society, and their living standards have improved significantly. However, due to the imbalance of economic development and unfair social distribution, the income gap between urban and rural residents in Shijiazhuang City is also expanding, while the income gap between urban and rural residents in Shijiazhuang City is relatively large in the capital cities of China. It has become the focus of attention of leaders and people at all levels. Therefore, how to improve the income of rural residents in Shijiazhuang, narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents, and coordinate urban and rural development is particularly important. This paper collates and calculates the change data of urban and rural gap in Shijiazhuang city over the years, and compares it with the income gap of urban and rural residents in Hebei province, the whole country and other provincial capital cities, and shows the status of income gap between urban and rural residents in Shijiazhuang city. This paper analyzes the causes of the urban-rural gap by establishing econometric model to predict the data and the analysis of the influencing factors, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents in view of the situation of Shijiazhuang.
