【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的日趨深化,外商直接投資更多地涌向服務(wù)型行業(yè)。與此同時(shí),世界上許多國(guó)家也在不斷地調(diào)整經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)模式,加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí),來促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定持續(xù)地發(fā)展。服務(wù)業(yè)FDI正成為推動(dòng)一國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的重要力量。近年來,隨著天津服務(wù)行業(yè)的開放逐步加大,服務(wù)行業(yè)發(fā)展得日漸成熟,越來越多的外商直接投資轉(zhuǎn)向天津的服務(wù)行業(yè),加快推動(dòng)著天津地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)。不過需要注意的是,雖然越來越多的FDI涌入服務(wù)行業(yè),但是天津市服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展仍然存在許多不足,諸如服務(wù)業(yè)利用外資所占比重相比世界平均水平還有較大差距,傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)業(yè)比重過大,現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展不夠迅速,服務(wù)業(yè)從業(yè)人員素質(zhì)有待進(jìn)一步提高等等,這些都是亟待解決的問題。本文通過對(duì)天津市服務(wù)業(yè)利用FDI的分析,旨在為天津地區(qū)更好地利用、引導(dǎo)外資來合理化服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供一些思路和參考,以期更加合理地利用FDI為促進(jìn)天津經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展服務(wù)。 本文主要分為五個(gè)部分來研究服務(wù)業(yè)FDI對(duì)天津市經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響。第一部分為緒論,旨在介紹本文的選題意義以及文章的研究思路和方法,同時(shí)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理,給出論文的總體結(jié)構(gòu)；第二部分主要介紹服務(wù)業(yè)FDI與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)相關(guān)的一些理論基礎(chǔ),以及一些理論模型,這是本文得以進(jìn)行深入分析的理論基礎(chǔ)；第三部分和第四部分是本文的核心,第三部分著重對(duì)天津地區(qū)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀特點(diǎn)以及天津地區(qū)服務(wù)業(yè)利用FDI的實(shí)際情況展開分析,并對(duì)服務(wù)業(yè)FDI如何促進(jìn)天津地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要的規(guī)范分析；第四部分為文章的實(shí)證部分,首先研究服務(wù)業(yè)FDI與天津市經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間的關(guān)系,而后選取資本積累、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、技術(shù)水平、就業(yè)、金融水平和人力資本等六個(gè)方面的因素來實(shí)證分析天津市服務(wù)業(yè)FDI對(duì)天津地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的作用機(jī)制以及影響程度的大小。最后,聯(lián)系實(shí)證結(jié)果從天津市服務(wù)業(yè)FDI的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、國(guó)內(nèi)、國(guó)外等四個(gè)方面提出更加合理地利用FDI來帶動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的建議。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization, foreign direct investment (FDI) is pouring into service industry. At the same time, many countries in the world are constantly adjusting the mode of economic growth and accelerating the upgrading of industrial structure to promote the steady and sustainable development of the economy. Service FDI is becoming an important force to promote a country's economic growth. In recent years, with the gradual expansion of the service industry in Tianjin, the service industry is becoming more and more mature. More and more foreign direct investment (FDI) is turning to the service industry in Tianjin, which accelerates the economic growth of Tianjin. However, it should be noted that although more and more FDI flows into the service industry, there are still many shortcomings in the development of the service industry in Tianjin. For example, the proportion of foreign investment in the service industry is still far behind the world average. These problems need to be solved urgently, such as the excessive proportion of traditional service industry, the insufficient development of modern service industry, and the quality of the service industry employees need to be further improved. Through the analysis of the utilization of FDI in Tianjin's service industry, this paper aims to provide some ideas and references for Tianjin to make better use of FDI and guide foreign capital to rationalize the development of service industry, with a view to making more reasonable use of FDI to serve Tianjin's economic development. This paper is divided into five parts to study the impact of service FDI on Tianjin's economic growth. The first part is the introduction, the purpose is to introduce the significance of the topic and the research ideas and methods of the article, at the same time, to comb the relevant research literature at home and abroad, and give the overall structure of the paper; The second part mainly introduces the theoretical basis of service industry FDI and economic growth, as well as some theoretical models, which is the theoretical basis for in-depth analysis, the third and fourth parts are the core of this paper. The third part focuses on the current situation of the service industry development in Tianjin and the actual situation of the service industry using FDI in Tianjin, and analyzes how the service FDI promotes the economic development of Tianjin. The fourth part is the empirical part of the article, first study the relationship between service FDI and Tianjin economic growth, then select capital accumulation, industrial structure, technology level, employment. This paper empirically analyzes the mechanism of the effect of Tianjin service industry FDI on Tianjin's economic growth and the extent of its impact on Tianjin's economic growth, including financial level and human capital. Finally, according to the empirical results of Tianjin service industry FDI from the strengths, weaknesses, domestic, foreign and other four aspects of more rational use of FDI to promote economic growth suggestions.
